A girl named Lara Jean has a perfect life In the beginning of the book. She has a perfect boyfriend , happy family, good grades, and has college all figured out (If  she gets accepted.) Since  her and her boyfriend Peter both want to go to the UVA to be together, they both apply. Only Peter gets accepted. Which Is no problem because they have a backup plan(as so they thought).
         Then they create a backup plan, but It backfires when Lara Jean decides to go to another college farther away from their home town and the original college plan that Peter Is going to.
