Each member of staff will get a budget of €15 per month that is to be used on general work related supplies such as stationery, printing ink and paper etc. This can be ordered through your team leader - and or, the main admin office:

Visual Identity

Masterly relies on a very strong visual identity package to present our company and its message to the world. This package covers every single aspect of the company - and as such, you will encounter it in the course of you work.

You must read and digest the contents of our visual identity package. Adherence is mandatory. Your team leader will support you with templates and assets to achieve the corporate visual identity look we aspire to meet.

Staff Meetings

Meetings of the whole company staff will take place the first Tuesday of every Month, and the last Thursday of every month. All company personnel must attend these meetings. Details are contained in the Annual Calendar and Weekly Planner.

Weekly Planner

A weekly calendar document is submitted each Friday ahead of the upcoming week. We try to plan meetings and events as far ahead as possible to give as much notice as possible. You will find out your upcoming schedule on this document at the end of each work week.

Mentors

All new staff members will be assigned mentors within the first month of their work in Masterly Consulting. Your mentor is a first point of contact for any question big, or small that you may have.

Our goal is for all staff to feel supported and connected with and by the wider company team.

Attendance

Attendance monitoring is the responsibility of the Managing Director, supported by the behavioural management unit. Attendance is mandatory for every day the company is open as per the Calendar.

You are entitled to 20 days of holiday leave per year, 5 days of planning leave. We aim to be fair on this matter and encourage you to contact us if you require time off work.

Note: Attendance is manually recorded on our system each day.

Team Leader

You are encourage to seek support from your team leader in addition to your mentor. Your team leader will be able to deal with HR issues, and general performance issues in greater detail that your mentor will.

The Code of Conduct

It outsets the expectations for behaviour and sets parameters for staff to be in line with, with the overarching goal of creating a safe and rewarding working environment.
