My responsible are manage,conduct and develop TVET training programmes for Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) trainers in Malaysia.

We develop TVET Trainer system in order to identify skills gap between trainer and propose training programme to close the gap. The ideas was to upgrade skills standard between the trainers so that it will give impact for the employability of technical graduates in their respectetives institute.
