         <description><![CDATA[<div>It can be concluded that religion, education and race all play a significant role in the Caribbean both historically and presently. Each newsletter article presents its significance of characterizing the Caribbean by grave intolerance and mistrust at all levels with both its agreements and disagreements. Religion and education are much more widely accepted compared to race though there is some percent that is considered today in the Caribbean.</div>]]></description>
