Initially, Indonesia from less than 20% has increased to close to this number. But between 1969 and 1970, the rate of urbanization only slowed down, even in the middle of this 10-year period, it sometimes dropped below 20%. But after 1979 it was a different story, Indonesia rose above 20% and stayed at around 20% for the years 69 to 79. Then there was a breakthrough to approximately 30% in 1999 and revenue achieved a record of almost 50% in 2009

In contrast to Indonesia, Korea has always increased and almost doubled the other country. Starting at approximately 30%, Korea has been on a steady rise throughout the years 69 to nearly 93. After a few years, this increase had a hiatus when it was only flat. Of course, this country also quickly regained its form and continued to increase until the years 2003-2004. Then for the second time, Korea stopped at over 80% until 2009

The line graph down here breaks down the urbanisation rate of 2 different countries are South Korea and Indonesia.

From a brief view, overall South Korea is seem to have a much higher rate in term of peak percentage and the stability in urbanization growth through out 1969 to 2009.

By the the year 2009 both countries reached their highest portion of the urbanization rate. However, South Korea seems to outweigh Indonesia by a whooping 30% difference which means it reached over 80% of people started to move into cities compared to Indonesia about around 55%. But before the year 1969, South Korea still has the higher rate but not by a margin. Only a 10% gap were measured between 2 countries at that time.

By seeing the line graph itself, South Korea has been in a loop of rise and idle. The country experienced a steady rose from 1969 to 1989 and then started to slow down until 1999. The same thing happened again when South Korea continued to increase but by the mid years between 1999 and 2009, the portion seemed to decelerated the time foward. Indonesia on the other hand is an another story, from 1969 to 1979 fluctuated in a row of increase and then decrease. The country again to climb the number from 1979 to mid 1990s but not as big as South Korea has. Yet at the year 1999 where Indonesia was at it prime of it's urbanisation rate, more people started to migrate to urban areas with by a sharp degree.
