Functions and features of the technology

GarageBand for the Mac is a complete recording studio that includes hundreds of realistic-sounding instruments, effects, and presets configured by experienced recording engineers. GarageBand has dozen of features which can be used for creating musical projects from scratch, recording and correcting vocals and other instruments, and editing and transporting music.
2. Strengths of the technology
Some strengths are that GarageBand makes it easy to record and mix music. It is easy to edit in GarageBand, you can highlight and delete certain parts of the song. This can benefit teachers by giving good ideas for lesson plans. If the teacher wanted to implement a music lesson, then they could use GarageBand. This could benefit students by giving them a fun and engaging lesson that deals with music. They could create their own soundboard and share their music ideas.
3. Limitations
GarageBand does not include any such crossfading feature. It lacks edit grouping and shuffle editing. GarageBand is also quite limited on the MIDI-editing side.
4. Prospective uses within my content area
Some prospective uses are having my future elementary students make a music lesson. I will have my students create a unique beat. At the end, they will make a complete song using GarageBand. Another prospective use is having the students work on their editing skills. On this app, there are different ways to edit and create music. This will help improve the skills of my students.

Kahoot! is a game-based learning platform that makes it easy to create, share and play learning games or trivia quizzes in minutes. Unleash the fun in classrooms, offices and living rooms! You can add multiple choice quiz questions, get students to play in teams or individually, etc.

2. Strengths of Kahoot
One strength is that the teachers can easily assess the understanding level through quizzes and polls. This can benefit teachers because it give them a guide to see where their students are at. Another strength is that Kahoot offers a great engagement from the students’ side. They enjoy it as it is a visualized and unique type of quiz. This will benefit the students because it will keep them in engaged. Another strength is that Kahoot has increased the students' performance due to an increase in the students' attendance. This can benefit the students' and teachers.

3. Limitations
One limitations of Kahoot is that tracking the student’s progress level is a complex process. Another limitation is sometimes, background music can be distracting and stressful, which ultimately leads to the student’s diversion from its goal. Another limitation is as multiple players are connected, the level of competition can be increased, thus leading to stress and anger among kids.

4. Prospective uses within my content area.
One prospective that I can use is having my students group together in teams, and depending on the standard and content that we are learning. I will host a kahoot based on that. Another prospective is having the students create their own kahoot, this can be used as a study guide or assessment depending on the content that we are learning.

Twitter is a social media site, and its primary purpose is to connect people and allow people to share their thoughts with a big audience. You can able to tweet and share post on this app. You will be able to create hashtags and share pictures of your life.
2. Strengths
Twitter is one the leading social media & microblogging platforms which is extremely popular for instant posts. Twitter’s hashtags are the most influential and impactful features offered by any social media platform. Hashtags can mobilize communities, overthrow governments, and address injustices. Being on Twitter can help communicate your brand ethos and personality.
3. Limitations
Twitter does not limit the number of followers that can follow you; however, accounts that have more than 2,000 followers are usually monitored for unlawful behavior. Another limitation is Posting Limits. Twitter limits each tweet to 140 characters
Another limitation is that it is hard to monitor Twitter. Some students may abusive this rule.
4. Perspective
One main perspective that I can use is having my students make school Twitter accounts. I can safely show them how to use and operate Twitter. This will promote safety tips and guidelines. Another perspective is having my students build a classroom community. This will be a safe spot for children to text and post appropriate things.
