Stop living in the past

b. Plan for the future

c. Forgive yourself

d. The beauty of making mistakes

e. Start a healthy lifestyle

f. Selfcare

g. Therapy: Talk to the universe/god & avoid toxic people

h. Be alone

I. Forgive others

J. Realize your worth

K. Be delusional

1. Stop living in the past because it doesn't even exist, it's just toxic thoughts that you imagine and it's those thoughts that block your plans for the future, you need to live in the present and the future. Because we can't change the past, it will always be there like a scar

2. The only thing you need to focus on is the future, you don't have much time left, you have a lot to do, a lot of dream plans, that's when you realize the future is the only thing you're aiming for, not the past

3. Forgiving yourself is the least you can do to move forward, forgive your mistakes because it makes you realize your mistakes and become better in the future

4. It would be nonsenses if someone never made any mistakes in their life, they’re probably gods and not human , how can i learn if i never made mistakes? how can i be perfect if i have never been perfect before? Every mistake makes us grow more mature every day so let’s have a different perspective on mistakes!

5. Live a healthy life, not a vegetarian diet, exercise every day but they come from your daily efforts, sometimes just drink more water, eat fruits or do some yoga. Everything has to build up a little bit and after a process you will see the results

6. Love and take care of yourself because this world is very superficial, if you don’t find yourself worthy of care, the world will also not find you worthy of care. If you are sick go to the hospital see a doctor, if you feel you’re not beautiful, change with normal things like skincare, eat healthy food, so what are you doing? Looking at YouTube, looking at all these people? They will not help you!!

7. If you alone, don’t have friends try talking to god/ other universes, imagine them and share your feelings with them like: i am so bad today..etc. You know god is always waiting for you? He always wants to listen to you and it would be unfair if you just bear the pain alone without sharing it with anyone

8. It is also very important to stay away from toxic people because they will transfer their negative energy to you, keep your positive energy to yourself or leave them out of your life completely

9. Sometimes being alone is not so bad, live for yourself and not for anyone else. do you know that everyone will be very jealous, envious when someone is successful, better? So be alone!! Don't enter any relationship and don't trust anyone except yourself, spend time for yourself because it will be the thing that follows you throughout this life and not anyone else

10. Forgive others not because of their apology but for yourself! Don't hold grudges and pain in your heart, accept and forgive. If they do wrong, God will punish them, they will have bad karma!

11. There are many successful and rich people in the world. There are people who are “born from the finish line” and have no worries in their whole life. But don’t underestimate yourself! You need to realize your own worth! Who are you in this world?

12. What you think about will happen to you so be delusional! Always thinking bad about yourself will only make you bad, so always be positive, say “i am beautiful, rich” even if you are not, maybe other people will say “oh she is ugly and poor” but don’t worry, ignore them! Live your life and don’t try to please everyone
Words:

Insane: điên rồ

Delusional: ảo tưởng

Superficial: hời hợt

Worthy: xứng đáng

Process: quá trình

How I felt: I felt more in love with life than ever, I realize my worth and accept and love my past mistakes.

Learning to Forgive Ourselves

What I did: I watched a video about how to forgive ourselves Link:https://youtu.be/YxKxi8iM-lw?si=j-vDwwZ_L4rrWxkb

What I learnt:

1. We often tend to think back on our past mistakes, for example: why did I get this question wrong? why wasn't I more clear-headed?

2. Along with the mental anguish are often the questions of why: Why was I so stupid? Why wasn't I smarter? how could I have been so indiscreet? Why couldn't I have controlled myself? From this perspective, there isn’t way we can. We should conclude our own mistakes: because I am greedy, because I am stupid, because I am selfish, because I am thoughtless,...etc

3. It becomes even more intense when we compare our bad decisions with the perfect choices of others: they are rational, kind, they do not succumb to temptation, hardship, they are always steadfast, dedicated, they set the right priorities, and then when we look back at ourselves: just bad people

4. We will make many mistakes in life but the important thing is that we must perceive the problem correctly and not be blind to make more serious mistakes at a certain time in the future

5. We cannot always explain our mistakes by our own shortcomings or flaws in character. We need to rely on more objective answers: we make mistakes because we are human beings - a species that must live without the knowledge and experience to ensure goodness, wisdom, kindness and happiness

6. Our brains always lack the necessary substances to lead us through difficulties, so we tend to avoid thinking about our luck and compare ourselves with others instead of considering our situation comprehensively. We are always jealous of the hundreds of thousands of people who stand at the top: have money, fame, power and a carefree life

7. But sometimes a little regret is also useful: we can consider looking back at our problem to avoid making the same mistake again. So it can be said that making mistakes does not mean we are a particularly pathetic person but it proves that you are human - you deserve sympathy and forgiveness

Words:

1. Sympathy: cảm thông

2. Experience: trải nghiệm

3. Wisdom: lý trí

4. Species: loài

5. Indiscreet: thiếu thận trọng

How I felt: I feel more relieved, I realize I was too "strict" with myself, I know how to love and sympathize more with my own emotions.

How I felt: "Unstoppable" is not just a song — it's a declaration of inner strength. Each lyric awakens the fierce will power sleeping within us. Even after being hurt, we can still rise and move forward like warriors. Being strong doesn't mean not feeling pain, but choosing to move forward despite it. "Unstoppable" makes the listener feel: I can – I deserve – and I will. True strength doesn't need to be loud — it lives in every heartbeat that dares to keep going. This song is a voice for those who have fallen but never given up. - Friday, 13 June:D

What I Did: I watch the movie A Little Princess, adapted from the classic novel of the same name by writer Frances Horgson Burnett

Link: You can watch it in Netflix.

What I learnt:

1."Every girl is a princess" – True worth doesn’t come from status.👑

  - Sara Crewe, whether she was the daughter of a wealthy officer or a mistreated servant, always carried herself with grace and self-respect.

Lesson: No matter how life changes, your value stays the same if you hold onto your dignity and inner strength.

2. Kindness and imagination are true power.💗

    - Sara used her imagination to comfort herself and those around her—especially when she told fairy tales to friends in hard times.
Lesson: A kind heart and a vivid imagination can bring hope and light, even in the darkest places.📖✨🕯️

3. Be strong in the face of hardship.💪

    - Even after losing her father and being reduced to the lowest class, Sara never became bitter or cruel. She chose to stay kind and brave.
Lesson: Life can challenge you, but how you respond defines who you truly are.🧤🧹🔥

4. Never judge someone by their appearance or status

    - Those who once looked down on Sara eventually realized her true worth when the truth was revealed.

Lesson: Don't judge people based on what they have or how they look — true character is found within. 🎭👀🎩

5. Friendship and loyalty are priceless👧

    - Even when she had nothing, Sara always cared for and protected her friends like Becky and Lottie.
Lesson: In tough times, real friendship is the greatest treasure you can have.

Word:

1. "cruel":độc ác, tàn nhẫn

2."confidence": sự tự tin

3."indulge": đắm chìm, nuông chiều

4.“servant”: người hầu, người giúp việc

What I felt:

🌧️🥺 At first, I felt heartbroken and a little angry:

💫😌 Then came admiration for her strength and imagination

What touched me most was how she treated Becky and Lottie

🎇😭 The ending was an emotional explosion (in the best way) :

When Sara and her father finally reunited, I felt like my heart was being healed.
How to keep going when life doesn’t reward your effort

What I did: I watched a video about how to keep going when life doesn’t reward your effort

Link: https://youtu.be/UxKRG4N9w44?si=IjSKSP12tXS2_wwK

What I learnt:

1. In this world, there are many people who give up because they try but fail, and from there we doubt the meaning of trying: why do we have to try when we get nothing in return?

2. So why do we fail? It’s not because we're lazy, it's not because we're stupid, it's not because we didn't try, you did your best and it's hard to accept when you get nothing in return, when you put your heart and soul into something and it fails it brings a deep pain and we feel not only sad but angry, confused, numb etc

3. And when we give up it's not because we're weak but because we don't want to continue to endure the pain. People always say: “don't give up” but no one cares about the heavy feeling when facing failure so when we do wrong, it means you're human and the pain we have to bear shows that you're still pursuing your dream, that goal is still important to us. That’s not weak, that’s strong!

4. Maybe sometimes it's not that we fail but that the growth is happening slowly and silently inside you! You want it to happen immediately, you want to try and then achieve success, but life is not that simple, life is not a pre-programmed robot or a semi-automatic machine: you press a button and immediately get what you want. To be successful we need a lot of effort, time and invisible progress. That’s right, invisible progress is a very important key on the road to success, just because you don't see the results doesn't mean they don't happen! Imagine you plant a tree, every day goes by: no seed, no branch, no leaf and no flower but actually hidden under the ground something is growing and the roots are getting stronger, we don't see them on the surface but they still happen randomly

5. This is true for your efforts, maybe you have not succeeded, maybe the job has not come to you, maybe your skills have not improved but inside you there is still something that is developing slowly, gradually! And sometimes failure is not a sign to stop but a change of direction, maybe life is telling you: "wait, this is not right, move on to this,.." and something good is waiting for us. To see that we need to shrink ourselves to see the whole picture, maybe some parts are bad but not the whole

6. And inspirational stories of famous people can give us more motivation about life. J. K. Rowling - who wrote the Harry Potter series. Before they became a global phenomenon, she received dozens of rejections from publishers, moreover, she was a single mother with financial difficulties, but she didn’t give up, she believed in her story and continued to send many manuscripts and finally a publisher agreed and soon the series became famous and received positive responses from readers.

7. Or simple examples in everyday life like a person trying to learn English, they always try every day but the results are not as expected but don't give up because every small step has great value and don't feel inferior because your ability is not equal to others because everyone has a different starting point, believe and be confident in your efforts is important!

8. And we have ways to overcome difficult stages like:

a. Remember the purpose of pursuing your dream: why do we continue? what is our dream? Keeping them in mind will help you have more motivation to continue trying to pursue your dream!

b. Next, break your goals down into smaller steps, big, fixed goals can feel overwhelming and demoralizing, but “small wins” are what keep you moving forward

c. Celebrate and give yourself a pat on the back after each “victory” that is sometimes just a small goal: finishing an assignment, writing an application, or learning a new word etc

d. Another tip is to share your sadness, insecurity, and worries with someone you trust: it could be your family, your friends, or your teachers. That can help ease your sadness somewhat

e. And the last and most important thing is to take care of yourself: eat in moderation, get enough sleep, take care of your health,..etc
Words:

1. Effort: sự cố gắng

2. Persistent: kiên trì

3. Numb: tê liệt

4. Immediately: ngay lập tức

5. Branch: nhánh (cây)

How I felt: I feel failure is not such a bad thing and i know every effort Ii make in every journey and love myself more 💓

What I did : I watched a video about how to not be nervous in job interviews by Linda Raynier.

Link : https://youtu.be/9FSSu8Ix0PA?si=XcEobe6vGF-0C8nR

What I learnt :

Normally, i think we all have the mentality being nervous when the first time enjoy the job interview. Because we have no experiences, we have to answers the questions, show the talents of ourselves, sitting in a small room to talk with 1 person make us unconfident, too. I now it is a bit early for my age now, but i'm sure this video is good for employees. So, how to not be nervous in job interviews?

These are 5 tips to get yourself into a different state of mind for your interviews.

Make yourself comfortable in the space before the interview : When you are enjoy the in-person interview, be present wherever you're at. For example, when you are waiting for the interview, don't get yourself lost in your mind before the interview, because that is where you end up rambling, forgetting what you have to say, and it makes the interview doesn't go well. And when the interview is going to be over video call, please set up the place that you plan to do your interview. You can prepare before 1 or 2 days like sitting in that space and get yourself centered and conected, visualize yourself doing well in the interview.

Prepare your stories and responses in advance : Making sure that you fully know what examples, stories, achievements and responses you are going to have for the most common questions that come up in interviews. You also have to prepare your stories and questions because you have to answer some specific questions of the interviewer like "what do you know about our company?", and how can you answer it with unprepared mentality. That's not just a conversation, that is an interview that decide if you can join their company or not. Unpreparing is also the reason makes you feel nervous.

Practice your answers on camera beforehand : First, you have to prepare your stories and responses in advance, like i said, and then practice them. You can practice them in front of the mirror, the camera. Practice like sitting in front of the camera, start record and play like you are answering the questions. Then stop and watch yourself again when you are answering. In this situation, look at yourself as a hiring manager and what you would critique that person. In the interview, you don't want to answer the questions off the cuff, winging it, making things up on the spot, right? So if you don't practice, it's going to be a jumble of things, rambled together.

Focus on them not on you : When you are in the interview, the biggest reason the makes you feel nervous is that your minds are focus on you, like you are focus on yourself too much. It is better if you change your focusing to the outwards, the hiring manager. You need to make sure that you are delivering lands on their side in the right way. If you focus too much on yourself, you are not doing a great enough job, all that "energy" is spent focusing on youself. So shift your focus away from you, and shift it to the hiring manager.

Dress the part : It's might be sound unnecessary, but at least dress the part makes you feel more confident. And of course the hiring manager doesn't like someone who looks sloppy.

Words : critique - phê bình, off the cuff - ngẫu nhiên, hiring manager - quản lí tuyển dụng

How I felt : This video is seem like it is not very suitable for my age right now. But I hope it can help you and I will use these tips one day when I'm grown up =)))

What I did: I watch the first episode of the "Hannah Montana" series ( 1 of the best sitcom movies of Disney ).

What I learn: I learn that: If you lucky enough to have a true friendship, you should cherish that relationship, try to be honnest as much as possible to your friends. You can try sharing your problem to her/him, they will listen, think and find a way to solve that problem, with you.

Words: -gorgeous : beautiful, sparkling, flashy, outstanding,... omg. -Moisturizer: a type of cream that helps your skin retain moisture. - Lame: sthg intended to be entertaining, uninspiring and dull ( from the internet source 😁). - Gross: extremely unpleasant, fat or ugly. - Outright: complete or immediately

How I felt: I love the movie, many times I smiled unconsciously when watching the happy scenes when the character made up with eachother after a fight.
Believe in yourself

What I did: I watched a video how to believe in yourself

Link: https://youtu.be/XArrUtUds7A?si=ixIkvhMa7pNDivSq

What I learnt:

1. There are many people who choose to give up and do not choose to believe in themselves, but i’m not one of them! After all, when we have nothing to lose, when we have no "defenses", we need to step out of our comfort zone and step into a new sky, where we need to believe in yourself

2. Just because of the words out there, you change your own thoughts and ideas? How silly! Don't mind a few words of others, for example when you post a video and people start saying: "You are so ugly", "You shouldn't post this content" don't try to fight back because then you are just wasting your energy and concern on someone who doesn't deserve it, ignore them and live for yourself. The sweetest revenge is to live well so they can see!

3. There is a story: a bee was born in a scientist's laboratory, they were "taught" to stay away from the smell of peach blossoms and when that bee found its "mate", they gave birth to small bees that were also afraid of the smell of peach blossoms like their parents and ancestors. This is true in reality, because when we are just born, we are "taught" to stay away from this and that and when we grow up, we have to learn what is the "limited avoidance" passed down from our parents and ancestors, we have to distinguish: what is our own thinking and what is the thinking passed down from our parents!

4. But don't just think, act, prove that your thoughts are right! Many people think: I have to love myself, I have to achieve success,..etc but their actions are completely opposite: lazy, neglecting themselves.. so what's the meaning? They are just flowery words to justify the true nature inside, your actions show who you

5. If you have bad relationships, they always spread ugly, shameful things in our minds. It can be anyone in our lives and the solution is to stay away from them, try not to contact them or the most effective way is to "let them out of our minds, our lives and don't be too pessimistic. Life doesn't take anything away from anyone: whoever does something will have to pay it back and each time we have meaningful lessons in our own journey of maturity, each person will bring us different experiences. Good people will help us appreciate and bad people will help us love ourselves more!
Words:

1. Concern: to be important to someone or to involve someone directly (v) : bận tâm

2. Distingui: too notice or understand the difference between two things, or to make one person or thing seem different from other (v) : phân biệt

3. Pessimistic: thinking that bad things are more likely to happen or emphasizing the bad part of a situation (adj) : bi quan

4. Defense: the ability to protect against attack or harm, or something used to protect against attack of harm (n): phòng thủ, bảo vệ

How I felt

I feel confident and can love myself more!

When the young Hai Au was born, they protected Lucky from the dangers of the evil cats and fierce mice and helped Lucky fly.

What I did : I watched a video about How To Love Yourself by Psych2Go.

Link : https://youtu.be/MLX2PfA1vVU?si=XXTx5rX_xMKlTY_k

What I learnt :

Nowadays, some of us might think that self-love is a narcissistic and self-centered pursuit.

Researchers Eric Fields and Gina R. Kuperberg from the Department of Psychology at Tufts University explained that positively biased self-views are argued to be a key component of healthy psychological. Functioning influencing self-esteem motivation and determination indeed a lack of self-positive bias or even a self-negative bias may contribute to mood and anxiety disorder.

There are a few practical ways to learn to love yourself and a few tips to help you on your way.

Know yourself : Do you ever wonder why there are some people that can feel comfortable and know themselves inside out? Does your brain have struggles when you hear that? Now just take a paper, write your name on top, divide the page into 4 parts : "likes, dislikes, weaknesses, strengths" then fill in their spaces under those quadrants. The purpose of this activity is to essentially get to know all about yourself.

DON'T negative self-talk : When you notice a flaw or a mistake made, do you insult yourself or do you take a more kind and understanding tone? If you are highly self-critical, how does that make you feel inside? Paying attention to how you internally talk to yourself is the most important step in learning how to cultivate self-love. When we enter into a new chapter of being loving to ourselves, then negative self-talk has to go.

Rituals : When you start your day, do you feel like you are disconnect to yourself? Creating a ritual can be a daily or a weekly can help ease these feelings. Rituals are meaningful practices with a deep sense of purpose. As opposed to a habit, rituals require you to be a bit more mindful and focused : take time of your busy day for self-care rituals. The benefits of creating these personal rituals are you will love yourself more.

Compassionate : By not giving yourself any grace for being flawed or human you stunt your own growth and withold love from yourself. Self-compassion is similar to showing compassion to other people. You have to notice that you are suffering and then offering yourself to understanding and kindness. You have to practice embracing whatever emotion you feel. Instead of repressing it or letting it completely overwhelm you.

Love language : Love language can be words of affirmation, gifts, acts of service, phhysical touch, quality time, etc. And these love languages can also be applied to yourself in many different ways, depending on the love language that you resonate with. By discovering your self-love language, you can incorporate daily self-love practices that are especially catered to you and make you feel better.

Self-reflection : We can be extremely hard on ourselves especially when it's a the consequences of some failure. Sometimes things don't go according to plans, we punish ourselves for mistakes when instead we could learn from them. Instead of seeing those mistakes as shame, we can see them as motivation to move forward. No failure is meaningless, because thanks to them, we have more experience to continue our future. It is just a failure, not all, so practice loving yourself and facing your mistakes!

Words : resonate - cộng hưởng, embracing - ôm ấp, incorporate - kết hợp, ritual - nghi thức, internally - bên trong

How I felt : I felt like I love myself more and understand my own values.

How to change your life - Only one tiny step at the time

What I did: I watch a video about how to change your life with only one tiny step at the time

Link: https://youtu.be/75d_29QWELk?si=BnX7nmUfXbmbVdDX

What I learnt:

1. You’re often like other people: there is always a gap between you and who you want to be, example you want to be a doctor and what you need to assertive, confident and creative

2. Another typical example is “The Jungle”: let’s say you’re in a jungle and you’re surrounded by dense trees with no path. Every day you try to “walk through the forest” and it is very difficult and takes a lot of energy and your brain hates wasting energy so it comes up with a trick: every action and behavior of yours leaves traces and trails in the forest. When you try to do something like stepping on trees and walking, it gradually becomes a trail, the more you walk, the clearer the trail becomes and eventually it becomes a path over the years and crossing it becomes easy, comfortable and familiar

3. To understand those “paths” we need to distinguish clearly between two issues: “routines” and “habits”. Routines are things that are familiar and close to us in life, such as you often exercise in the morning at 8:00 am or you often set the alarm at a certain time because that is when you want to wake up. Imagine them as a setup of an expert, it is prolonged and carefully calculated responsible for setting up strategies and preparing mentally. The planner understands the future and the results you want, from there those activities are repeated regularly even if they are uncomfortable

4. And habits are formed based on “routines”. But to form a habit, we need a certain amount of time for the brain to adapt and just do them as a matter of course without thinking, usually it takes about 250 days to form a habit. And the act of repeating it will make your brain feel responsible and rewarded so it is considered an automatic mode, you don’t need to convince your brain to do it, you just do it. But sometimes that habit pampers the “child” in you too much, for example: every day you buy coffee before going to work and buy more cookies, but today you don’t feel too hungry but you still decide to buy them because the “child in you” is used to it, or like “toxic habits” like surfing social networks for hours or just lying there and doing nothing, even though you know it’s shouldn’t, you still pamper the “child in you” simply because it’s comfortable

5. So how can we change? Combine “routines” and “habits”! First, make a clear plan, then implement it, making it a habit, then use the “child in you” to do it effectively and quickly. An example is exercising to be slimmer: first, turn vague thoughts into clear goals and directions, such as doing 10 squats every morning, jogging at 4:00 pm, going to the gym every weekend. After they become routines, use the “child in you” to do everything smoothly and comfortably, and gradually it will become a habit and you will become the person you want to be

6. It sounds easy but it’s not! The things you want to turn into habits often don’t come with the same satisfaction as scrolling through social media. To make your new actions more repeatable and easier for your child to do later, make them more fun. It’s not necessarily about rewarding yourself when you finish, but making those activities fun! For example, listen to your favorite song or podcast while you work out or study, or plan for tomorrow while you wait for the next game round to load. It’s that simple, but these simple things can make your life more beautiful! When you “finish your own path”, when you let your “inner child” carry out unfinished goals depends on each person. It depends on the goals you set, your personality and your actions

7. It maybe easy to start but it takes effort to do it regularly and make it a healthy habit. There is no guarantee of change but the science of habits has shown that it is possible no matter who you are or how old you are! Even if it only makes you do more activities or achieve something, it is a success. Being a little smarter and more successful is better than being lazy and doing nothing. After all, change is not a destination, it is a way!
Words:

1. Assertive: quyết đoán

2. Satisfaction: thỏa mãn

3. Path: con đường (lối mòn)

4. Pamper: nuông chiều, chiều chuộng

5. Implement: thực hiện

6. Guarantee: bảo đảm

How I felt:

I feel very motivated, I learned a lot from this video: learn how to change your life, this video made me have a more objective view of effort!

What I did : I watched a video about How To Never Get Angry Or Bothered By Anyone by Deeply Simple.

Link : https://youtu.be/BciToimN3QU?si=HhMJdXB1IX6UyXp2

What I learnt :

Do you ever feel like someone's comment or behavior can ruin your day? You try to not care about it, but you can't. You've been thinking about it all day, you spiral, you can't focus, you get tense, irritated, stuck in your head, etc. Then when you cannot hold these things in your mind anymore, it spills out, you snap at someone who didn't deserve it, you get angry with people around you. And now, you are the one acting out of your character, you're the one get angry for no reason. The worst thing is when the person who made you angry has moved on, but you haven't. In this video, you can know to to stop angry and stay calm.

Feel and Be : You are not your emotion, you are experiecing them. So when anger hits, most people become it, that's when emotions control you. But what if when you "create a space"? Anger is just a spike in your heart, it's not dangerous. You have to see it clearly, call it out, when you can name the feeling, you're no longer trapped in it.

Understand : Your reaction is always your choice. When someone speaks something rude, you feel the spark. But here's the truth : without your reaction, anger dies out. People can say or do anything, but they can't make you mad, that part is on you. So now, you just stop thinking "they made me angry", think "I noticed irritation arise, I chose not to feed it". This isn't weakness, it's control. You're managing it before it manages you.

Breath before you break : When tension hits, your brain wants to react fast, but fast doesn't mean smart. The moment you get angry, your can't focus. Your half mind is thinking about what is happening, and the other half is flooded with fear, judgment, or self-doubt. "Control the breath, control the mind" . Shallow, fast breaths keep you on edge; slow, deep breaths tell your body we're safe, we're good.

Drop the script : Let people be who they are. You get angry because you expect people to act a certain way. But they won't, people behave based on THEIR story, not YOURS. So they raised differently, taught differently, hurt differently. And you are just seeing the surface, not the storm underneath. If you grew up with their lives, you may act like they do. So when someone acts out, remember that they're not doing it to you, they are acting from who they are right now.

Let go of being right - embrace the grey : Anger often comes from 1 thing : black and white thinking. You thought that "they're wrong, I'm right", etc. But life isn't black and white, it's grey. Nobody is completely good or bad, nobody is always right or always wrong. Letting go of being right isn't weakness, it's wisdom.

Everyone is your teacher : If life isn't black and white, people aren't either. The same person who frustrates you, might teaching you something important. Whether good or bad, everyone who comes into your life teaches you something. It could be how to behave, how to stay calm, how to perceive the future, etc. If you assume they are bad, you will be the passive one. Because everyone has their own good and bad sides. They are the ones who, even though they don't treat you well, but teach you something in your life.

Purposeful action : If you don't have a clear purpose, someone else's emotion will decide your next move. Most people walk into difficult moment without plans. But when you have specific, defined purpose, everything changes. You stop reacting, you start directing. Purpose is a clear target, without that target, you shoot blind. But with purpose, even your silence is strategic.

Words : strategic - chiến lược, wisdom - khôn ngoan, passive - thụ động, frustrates - làm nản lòng

How I felt : I'm the one who have anger tissues, so this video is very helpful for me. I hope next schoolyear, I can control my emotions.

Hello everyone,

Today I want to tell you about the story named The Lost World. First, the story tells about a young reporter named Malone. He wanted to do something brave to impress a girl. So he joined a group of explorers to go on an adventure to the Amazon jungle. There, they found a hidden land called a plateau.

During the trip, they saw strange dinosaurs still living there. Big monkeys also lived there and fought with people. The group faced many problems. Dinosaurs attacked them. The ape-men caught them. But they didn’t give up – they believed. Some people didn't believe them when they came back to the city. But then they showed a dinosaur egg and a small flying dinosaur. Everyone was surprised.

This story showed adventure, danger, and the power of bravery. I learned that we should always be brave and never give up, even when facing difficult or dangerous situations. Believing in yourself and working together as a team can help overcome big challenges. The story also shows that sometimes people won’t believe you, but if you keep going and show results, they will understand.

New Vocabulary: explorer, plateau, dinosaur, adventure, bravery, believe, danger
New Phrases: go on an adventure, face many problems, never give up, come back to the city, show evidence
Life Lesson Learned: Don’t be afraid to take risks to follow your dreams. Even if others don’t believe in you, what matters most is that you believe in yourself

How to change your life

What I did: I watched a video about how to change your life with only tiny step at the time Link: https://youtu.be/75d_29QWELk?si=ZT8aH00E4td6YfSJ

What I learnt:

1. You’re often like other people: there always a gap between you and who you want to be. for example you want to be a doctor and what you need to do is to be assertive, confident and intelligent

2. Another typical example is “The Forest”: suppose you’re in the forest and you’re surrounded by dense trees with no path. Every day you try to “go through the forest” and it is very difficult and takes a lot of effort

3. Your brain hates wasting energy so it comes up with a trick: every action and behavior of yours leaves traces and trails in the forest. When you try to do something like stepping on trees and walking, it gradually becomes a trail, the more you walk, the clearer the trail becomes and eventually it becomes a path over the years and crossing it becomes easy, comfortable and familiar

4. To understand those “paths” we need to distinguish clearly between two issues: “routines” and “habits”. Routines are things that are familiar and close to us in life, such as you often exercise in the morning at 8:00 am or you often set the alarm at a certain time because that is when you want to wake up. Imagine them as a setup of an expert, it’s prolonged and carefully calculated responsible for setting up strategies and preparing mentally. The planner understands the future and the results you want, from there those activities are repeated regularly even if they’re uncomfortable

5. And habits are formed based on “routines”, but to form a habit, we need a certain amount of time for the brain to adapt and just do them as a matter of course without thinking, usually it takes about 250 days to form a habit. And the act of repeating it will make your brain feel responsible and rewarded so it is considered an automatic mode, you don’t need to convince your brain to do it, you just do it. But sometimes that habit pampers the “child” in you too much, for example, every day you buy coffee before going to work and buy more cookies, but today you don’t feel too hungry but you still decide to buy them because the “child in you” is used to it, or like “toxic habits” like surfing social networks for hours or just lying there and doing nothing, even though you know it’s not right, you still pamper the “child in you” simply because it’s comfortable

6. After they become routines, use the “child in you” to do everything smoothly and comfortably, and gradually it will become a habit and you will become the person you want to be!

7. It depends on the goals you set, your personality and your actions 👀🧠

8. It may be easy to start but it takes effort to do it regularly and make it a healthy habit. There is no guarantee of change but the science of habits has shown that it is possible no matter who you are or how old you are! Even if it only makes you do more activities or achieve something, it is a success. Being a little smarter and more successful is better than being lazy and doing nothing. After all, change is not a destination, it is a way! 💪💪
Words:

1. Assertive: quyết đoán

2. Path: đường

3. Guarantee: chứng minh

4. Destination: điểm đến (đích)

5. Decide: quyết định

How I felt: I feel very motivated, I learned a lot from this video: learn how to change your life, this video made me have a more objective view of effort! 🫶🤲

The story goes that, one day, De Men was born. He was the youngest of three siblings born at the same time. After only two days with their mother, she let the three of them live on their own, each in a small earthen burrow by the edge of a rice field facing a pond. Stepping into an independent life, De Men’s aggression led to the death of De Choat. De Men ate moderately and worked reasonably, so he grew quickly and soon became a strong, healthy young cricket. Feeling disheartened, De Men set off on a journey to broaden his horizons and learn wisdom and knowledge from others.

De Men’s adventure was full of wonderful experiences. He made friends with De Trui, and together they explored the world. At one point, De Men was imprisoned in a secret dungeon by Chim Tra. De Men, De Trui, and like-minded friends stood up against the evils and injustices in society. Tireless and undaunted, De Men and De Trui traveled to many places, receiving warm welcomes and making more and more friends. From then on, De Men lived happily with his new companions.

The white pulp surrounding the seeds can be used to make cacao water.

Fermentation and Drying: The cacao beans are fermented, which develops their chocolatey flavor, and then dried in the sun.

Chocolate Making: The dried beans are broken open to reveal cacao nibs, which are ground into a paste. This paste is then used to make chocolate bars and other chocolate products.

Hershey's Factory: The video showed how Hershey's Kisses are made and the process of making large chocolate bars.

World Record Attempt: The team built a 400-square-meter chocolate bar, which weighed 22,000 lbs, to break the Guinness World Record.

New Words:

* ***Cacao***: The tree from which chocolate is derived, and also the name of its beans before processing.

* ***Cacao Pods***: The large, colorful fruits that grow on cacao trees, containing the cacao beans.

* ***Nibs***: The result of breaking open dried cacao beans. Nibs can be used as toppings or ground into chocolate paste.

* ***Fermentation***: A crucial step where cacao beans develop their distinct chocolate flavor.

* ***Tempering***: The process of heating and cooling chocolate to stabilize the cocoa butter, giving it a smooth, glossy finish and a satisfying snap.

How I Felt:

It was fascinating to see the entire process of making chocolate. The detail in the Hershey's factory was impressive, and the attempt to break the world record was exciting. The team's passion for chocolate and their determination made the video very enjoyable.

Keep your intentions clear and visible — for yourself and others.["Another star, you fade away. ["Where are you now? Were you only imaginary?"]

→ Some things are lost forever, like sunken cities. Not everything can (or should) be found again. Learn to let go with grace. ["Where are you now? Atlantis, under the sea, under the sea."]

→ Inner battles are real. Confront your demons before they take control. Healing begins with self-awareness.

Dưới đây là đoạn văn tiếng Anh dành cho học sinh lớp 7, nói về bài học em học được khi đọc truyện Around the World in Eighty Days:

After reading "Around the World in Eighty Days", I learned many valuable lessons. The story taught me that we should never give up, even when things are difficult. Phileas Fogg had many problems during his journey, but he stayed calm and believed he could finish his trip on time. Because of that, he won the bet.

I also learned the importance of teamwork and friendship. Phileas Fogg and Passepartout helped each other and worked together. Even though they were very different, they trusted and supported one another.

Another lesson I learned is that traveling helps us learn more about the world. The characters went to many countries and saw different cultures. It made me want to explore new places and understand people better.

This book showed me that with bravery, patience, and a positive attitude, we can overcome many challenges in my life

The Jungle Book is about a boy named Mowgli who gets lost in the jungle when he is a baby. He is found and raised by a pack of wolves. Mowgli learns the ways of the jungle from Baloo the bear and Bagheera the black panther. He grows up with the animals and becomes strong and smart. But he has a big enemy — Shere Khan, a cruel tiger who wants to kill him. Mowgli must fight to protect himself and his jungle friends. In the end, he defeats Shere Khan and goes to live with humans, but he still loves the jungle.

2. New Words I Learned:

Brave – not afraid

Panther – a big black wild cat

Enemy – someone who wants to hurt you

Jungle – a wild forest with many animals

Protect – to keep someone safe

3. My Feelings:
I think The Jungle Book is an exciting and fun story. I like how Mowgli is brave and kind to animals. The story shows the importance of friendship, courage, and finding where you belong. It also helped me learn some new English words. I enjoyed this story a lot

I see that the love that the ghost bride has for Victor is extremely great. Initially, Victor still loved Victoria but could not return to the living world. When he came to this world, he met Victoria and the two still loved each other, but Victor gradually hesitated when there was a ghost bride next to him. The ghost bride realized and she decided to give up. To me, it was a good ending, but my friend didn't think so 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️👁️👅👁️
