Here is a post of me at the gym. The volume is not working with the upload to Padlet. What I was saying in the video was that I workout at the gym weekly to work on my strength training. While I am at the gym, I listen to a self-care podcast or something to enhance my professional life. After completing the workout, I feel so refreshed! What activity do you like to complete to improve your well-being and reset your mindset?
