         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes and No because someone who buys a large portion of a company in a common stock is not the same as a person who owns a large portion of a company in a preferred stock.&nbsp;If you own a large amount in a preferred stock you still do not have voting rights in the company but in common stock you do. </div>]]></description>
