In this video, shared by Read Santa Clara, you will see a learner and tutor doing a "check-in". In comparison to reflection and evaluation conversations at the end of each meeting, this is a discussion of the progress they have made over time. They decide together what to continue working on. Try to do this with your learners every few months or at least twice a year. It is motivational for learners to review their progress and be reminded of the positive outcomes they have achieved.
