Refer to Committee: </strong>The bill is revised and recommended for consideration by all members of congress.<br><strong>4. Debate:</strong> Legislatures debate the bill.<br><strong>5. Approved Bill Goes to the Other House: </strong>Bill goes to other house.<br><strong>6. Conference Committee: </strong>Differences between two versions of the bill must be discussed.<br><strong>7. Bill Signing by Both Houses: </strong>Bill is signed.</div>]]></description>
