This describes the feeling of being in number 12, Grimmauld place, for Harry being there is just annoying because there isn't much to do, Harry's godfather, Sirius Black is the reason this house, and the quote is important. Sirius isn't allowed to leave Grimmauld place, this causes a lot of difficulties. The whole book is based on Harry and Voldemort's connection. 
     It's one year after Voldemort's return and no one believes that he's back besides Harry and some others at Hogwarts. Harry is having vivid dreams about Voldemort and what he is doing. This forces him to take lessons so he can block the visions from his mind. Without the advice of Dumbledor, Harry gives up his lessons and doesn't know what to do about his dreams. 
     As Harry's dreams progress, he gets even more curious. This causes him to convince his friends to go with him to the Ministry of Magic in order to save a loved one. Once they arrive, a battle breaks out between Harry and his friends against Voldemort's followers. Eventually, Dumbledore shows up to the battle just in time to save Harry from Voldermort himself.
