         <description><![CDATA[<div>Literacy numeracy: children are being considered to develop on track if they can identify and name 10 letters of the alphabet and also read 4 simple popular words and equally know their meanings. Also be able to identify the symbols of all numbers starting from 1-10.&nbsp;<br>Physical: when a child picks a small objects like a sticks or a rock with two fingers , the child is regarded as being physical developmental on track and also, if the mother or the care giver does not indicate that the child is too weak to play, is also considered as being development on track.<br>Social-emotional: when a child does not kick , bite or hit other children and always gets along with them , the child is considered as being developmental on track.<br>Learning: A child is being considered as developmental on track, when he/she follows simple directions on how to do things correctly and able to do it on their own.</div>]]></description>
