Physical: when a child picks a small objects like a sticks or a rock with two fingers , the child is regarded as being physical developmental on track and also, if the mother or the care giver does not indicate that the child is too weak to play, is also considered as being development on track.
Social-emotional: when a child does not kick , bite or hit other children and always gets along with them , the child is considered as being developmental on track.
