I think that the Philippines is ready to have freedom, and independence due to the following reasons:
The Philippines already had solid progress in trade and industry. They had enough money and stable economic growth. It was just that the U.S. received most of the money from trade. Due to things being established in the Philippines, by the Americans, we had access to tools for communication, like telegraphs and radios.  It also provided different forms of transportation like trains. We already had established and stable governments, which were civil and military. Health was not a problem at the time due to the Board of Public Health, and Philippine General Hospital being established. I believe that with the new technology, namely telegraphs, radios and telephones, transportation methods such as railways being extended to further parts of the Philippines and health and social welfare services such as general hospitals, dispensaries and modern sanitation. Aside from this, the Philippines has also made some very notable and stable economic growth. We have also made a lot of growth in the trade and industry department. Government agencies and boards such as the Board of Public Health. We also have experience from various kinds of governments like civil and military.
