Evidence 2 - During my time at my former job I often helped trainees when they were in times of distress, it would often be me a someone else helping them if they were behind on a certain station such as beef or chicken. I just viewed this as a learning curve for them as they were just starting and I would just show them tips on how to get the job done quickly but effectively.

Evidence 3 - My first job was at a pizzeria in my area, I worked there for a short while and learnt the basic skills. I would take calls, make some food and take orders in person. This helped me during my later jobs as these skills did not need to be learnt later.
