Now that people are getting paid for their time and now their time directly pays for their finance then they’re going to spend their time differently and that will change the way an individual thinks or behaves. This thought process came about when “time” was constructed into a tangible interpretation such as currency we were able to quantify it and use it to control the productivity of individuals in the workplace. This has changed our perception of time where every second of our lives is not just one to be perceived as part of our existence but as money itself.  Employers have weaponized our sense of time by adding artificial units to our lives to serve the interests of corporations changing how we experience our lives conditioned through capitalism.
