         <description><![CDATA[<p>If I want to change my current lifestyle to more of a healthy one, I'll have to do the following things:</p><ul><li><p>Try to move more, like walking more when going to quite long places. Or, as last result, walk inside the house. </p></li><li><p>Drink more water, approximately 2 - 3 liters a day. That'll help me in more ways than just being hydrated. </p></li><li><p>Eat more healthily. I already eat pretty healthy, but I want to eat healthy enough. Incorporating fruit or vegetable salads to the meals is a must. </p></li><li><p>Sleep more, like reducing my phone usage in the night and replacing it with a book or just quit using it an hour before bed should be a great idea. </p></li><li><p>Quit junk food. Or at least, minimize it a lot, because it's the most abundant thing in my house. </p></li><li><p>Engage more in the gym. Putting more effort and taking it more seriously. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

To reach my health goals, I must take the following steps:</p><p>1.First, I need to include more fruits and vegetables while cutting down on processed foods and sugary snacks in my diet.</p><p>2.Then, I must reduce and cut down my intake of sugary and caffeinated beverages, like coffee, and ensure to drink more Water.</p><p>3. Sometimes I don’t sleep well because of homework or playing games. I need to establish a regular sleep schedule and quit late-night gaming sessions to avoid interfering with my rest.</p><p>4. Relate to the Last one. I play a lot of games, which can interfere with other important activities. I must limit my gaming time and give up excessive screen time to engage in more productive activities.</p><p>5.  I will take up regular physical activity in my routine. I plan to start with at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise, such as walking or cycling, five times a week.</p>]]></description>
