A decent portion of dallas police officers have been assigned body cameras with the intent to stop brutality.

Do body cameras help? Does it reduce rates of police violence? Do body cameras increase accountability for police officers?

I remember reading this article in college on the effect of body cameras on police brutality, and I believe that the results showed that it did have a statistically significant difference because. the data set was so large, but the difference between the two percentages was still less than one percentage point, so it deals very well with questioning statistical significance and treating it as it really is which is a measure of the probability that the difference occurred due to chance, not the. size or human significance of the difference
