As teacher I use OneNote Class Notebook for me and my student, for lessons, homework, teaching Materials etc.
As employee I use office365 Excel sheets (and all employees in our school) for administrative stuff. Also we have Yammer group for communication between teachers.
Our school curricula is also on the cloud and every teacher can make changes at the beginning of the school year.

In my school each teacher separately decides which cloud service to use and for what purpose. Usually they are used for private purposes and to save material for work, but some use them with students in teaching, so they share their tasks and materials for studying. Cloud services which I use, i.e. cloud storage and moodle, does not set any challenges, it is preety simple and straightforward to use, maybe the biggest problem which I have encountered is connectivity issues while students write online tests, which is also hard to overcome. The best solution is to reschedule a test for next session.

My main problem in schools ,( most of all my materials and lessons are cloud based) , is the internet connection which is really too slow :-( . One solution is to use a projector or/and a classroom management software . One other solution ( mostly for project based activities) is to work with teams on less computers ( 3-5 students/pc and not 2 students/pc ) . And always have a backup plan in case internet will give up on you :-)

In my school we have a very basic Cloud service. With a group of teachers (those who are interested in technologies and internet), I am experimenting with Services like, e.g., Sway, Padlet or Genial.ly to share materials with our students. The more challenging issue is the WiFi connections, which is slow to manage too many simulataneous connections. In this case, we ask our students to work in small groups of two or three. It is not the ideal solution but we think that is a good starting point.

The problem is in people. Some teachers tend to accept changes in their work and the use of new technologies. Each teacher decides personally how to use technology. For now, cloud services are not widely accepted among teachers at my school. Additional education is needed on the use of cloud services and the establishment of an official attitude that some school activity is in the cloud.

With students I usually use GDrive for both storage and sharing as well as for collaborative work.
At the school itself, at the moment there is no cloud service.

The most used between academic services or between teachers, within the school, is the connection to the school's server on some computers intended for such (work room, for example)

Among some groups of teachers, the use of GDrive is implemented, but the lack of training in some of the rest is an obstacle to its global use (something that is in view of resolution and implementation)

The term "integrated " would be too strong for the use of Cloud, at least in our school. The emphasis is on STEM teachers/subjects and their effort to "implement" the Cloud into everyday teaching. Couple of "brave" ones struggle each day with OneDrive, OneNote, etc.It takes time, no doubt. And, students make it harder with their negligence (forgetting the login data, uninterested in the class, in general,...). Plus - network connectivity.

I defined closed groups of all classes where I give homework, exercises, but some students do not have computers and can not do it at home, only at school. It's hard to do that.

Usually the main problem are the teachers because they're not prone to changes and innovations. The second problem as someone already told are the students forgetting their login data. And perhaps having too many options among apps and tools (and very often new and better ones coming to the market daily) to use in the class, may be quite frustrating if you or the students have to migrate from one platform to another... We all have access to Office365 as a member of the academic community but very few in our school are using it.

The problem is to motivate teachers to use cloud systems, and the lack of Wi-Fi in school contributes to that. Those who use are mostly communicating with students for the purpose of home assignments. Since we plan to implement Wi-Fi this year, most of the issues will be removed.

The problem is teacher’s lack of motivation in using ICT: people are not prone to changes and innovations. In Croatia teachers and pupils have free access to Office365 so, as a part of ICT class, I teach all my pupils how to use Office365. Unfortunately, the rarely continue to use Office365 because most teachers still don't use it.

Most of my pupils are not even 13 years old so I don’t use Google Classroom. In ICT class I use Edmodo because it’s a safe environment and because pupils often forget their passwords (on Edmodo teacher can change student’s password if needed). Because of ICT class every pupil has an Edmodo account but, unfortunately, this hasn't encouraged other teachers to use it.

Main challenge is providing sufficient ICT infrastructure. That requires a stable and powerfull Internet Connection. I also had to reconfigure my proxy as GSuite uses lot of connections. So I had to increase the number of connetions allowed simultanously. As I will receive iPads, I really need a solution to push and get the works. Cloud is the only one good solution.

Since we are using Google Apps for Education, we can profit the different Apps for colaborative learning, for example. Everybody, students and teachers, have a google account and can access to all the available apps. Nowadays, we are usually using Drive and Docs, as well as Gmail. Less common, but there is some cases too, of using Google Classroom. Anyway, we need more knowledge of the use of all this kind of applications from the cloud.

As I said before we are using Google Apps for Education. The best advantage on using this is when we have to share official documents for the meetings we are going to have. In this way you save lot of time and big amount of paper comparing with the old times.
I think that the principal challenge using the cloud, in our centre, is that the computers are too old and it hasn´t got enough memory ram to support the traffic. So we will need new ones.

I use google classroom because in my subject, physics and chemistry, the students work by project, so only with two hours a week it is impossible to answer all the needs. So, I use google classroom to organize the projects, create tasks for your students, attach links and relevant files. My students are preparing the project, the theoretical document, according to the suggestions and the links that I send them to analyze weekly. At the end of each week, they submit their document. Subsequently, they elaborate the practical part, usually in the laboratory in the school, or in Research Centers, such as the University of Aveiro. Analyze the results obtained, and share with me in the Classroom. Doubts and methodologies are discussed, among all, using the class Paddlet. I also use the Learning Designer because it is a tool that allows to organize the project work and in the end the students can perceive and demonstrate all the stages of their work.
The advantages of using this kind of technology is that we can optimize classes, students become more autonomous, teachers are able to provide more individualized support and understanding students' progress, and they can still see which students actually work.
The disadvantages are that we need a good network coverage which is not always possible.
With regard to generalizing the use of Cloud services in the school, I think is very difficult because most teachers are not interested in using new methodologies. Book publishers prepare all resources for teachers to use in the classroom context, and provide all of these resources if teachers adopt books from that publisher. Thus, the teacher has his work facilitated and it is difficult to compete with this, even knowing that the students are not interested in this type of resources.

For the moment the quality of the internet connection is still low and for this reason many teachers still use storage devices. And for the same reason we do not use much cloud services with the students.
It is not also easy to delete old work habits: replace the document sent by email with the shared document in Drive or use the different levels of sharing, making the most of the tools available.
We are trying to improve the quality of internet connection with new contracts and new hardware and we have also activated training for teachers and training material shared on the school website.

One of the reasons why cloud services is rarely used in my school is slow internet connection and low wifi coverage. Also, many students don't have reliable computer with internet connection at home for schoolwork.

Everyone from school community have an institutional google suite for education account;
School-parents communication made by institutional email;
All computer machine have a Drive (G:) directly link to Gdrive in the cloud;
Meetings calls are made in google calendar;
Google docs to collaborative work;
We also use the padlet for students to create digital portfolios, Lino to share, Plickers and Kahoot for feedback,...

Cloud services almost everytime requires registration which takes a lot of time if it needed to be done by students. Often pupils forget their credentials, so they require assistance. Major problems which we face trying to integrate external services are very simple - often it takes lots of time for students to register on certain apps, they are not able to do that at home as they need more assistance; some of the parents have doubts if they actually should use such things at all. In our school the main difficulty with using O365 is if the server is down or updating. This can occur with little or no planning and interrupts day to day planning. Although this does not happen very often it can be frustrating. I would say that the benefit of using this service is that now teachers and students use multiple devices which keeps everybody updated with changes or new proposals.

Then I begun teaching IT I have big problem: some of notebook star updating at class time; some student data is disapearin (deleting) from NB (I'm not one who is teachin in that clasroom). So I begun searching solution and found :) begun use Padlet for my lesons and for saving students data. Now students can work with anything NB (not necessarily allways work this same NB), they jus need log in to the class padlet and download the data or my presentations. Also we use Google mail, drive, calendar. I know other teacher use Dropbox.

In our school we often use Dropbox, Google Drive, and private/institutional email accounts to store and share files of every kind.
Smart dashboard are linked to PCs. So it is not a problem to save files on the PCs or differently open them via email.

I used to use Google services. and we have a new computer lab. I am trying to setting up the system and we are going to have licence of office 365 for 5 computers.

As I've written before, our main problem is the slow and unstable connection... If too many computers at once connect to the Internet, the connection brakes, so when I have class in a computer lab, other teachers are encouraged not to use anything that requires connection to the Internet... the other problem is that a lot of teachers are not familiar with the Cloud services and not really interested in learning how to use them...

I encourage students to use some tools they are not familiarised with. One of my favourite is Genial.ly, that offers the possibility of creatin interactive presentations, images, imphograpics and others.

When we change to google education services we have to migrated all accounts and files that we have in our server to Google, but we hired a company to help us with this migration and choose the best timing to do this because it takes time. We have MDM (mobile device management) but we don't have any problems with this plataform. Teachers using ITunes to deliver the content, because it is students book. We use all kind of app. We share a document that all teachers see to communication the best app to work with students. We have internal and external to integrated technology in all subjects. We use minecraft education edition in history, maths and portuguese. We use prezi, powerpoint or other applications. Students can choose the tool they want to present their work. Sketchup to 3D model and print in 3D printing. We have Imagine Academy by microsoft to deliver excel or word. The biggest constraint is the speed and performance of the internet because all kind of cloud services and the use of these resources need.

We are using google Apps for Education as well as Moodle.

All the teachers have a google account but not all the teachers take full advantage os it’s potential.

The main challenge is to train and motivate the teachers to use the cloud service.

The ICT infrastructure is very robust and can keep up with a lot of users simultaneously.

Another problem is that some of our students are under 13 years old os age, so they can’t legally use email and web services.

The great advantage of cloud services is that the files are always available and virus are not a concern.
