The singer keeps repeating the lyrics, "I get knocked down, but I get up again", to emphasizes that fact that life will get hard but if you keep persevering  life will always end up getting better. The song helped me through many difficult times in my life when all I wanted to do was quit and give up. It motivated me to never stop fighting for what you want. The song lyrics that really spoke to me was when the singer says "He sings the songs that remind him of the best time". I started watching this show as a middle school student, when I was self-conscious and unsure about myself, and I can easily say it has taught me a great amount. The first thing I liked about the show was the devotion and hard work of all the entrepreneurs. Before coming onto "Shark Tank", all of the entrepreneurs had poured all their time, effort and money into their product because they believed in the product so much. I also learned how to be a confident and mature female from Barbara Corcoran. After her beloved mother passes away Lily's father starts taking his anger out by abusing her. Lily decides to run away so that she could learn more about her mother's past and escape her abusive father. On her journey, Lily meets the Boatwright sisters and they teach her many essential skills, as well as what it means to be loved. Throughout the book, the Boatwright sister show the audience what unconditional love really means. Lily escaped a traumatizing and neglectful home  and found a safe haven. These women allowed Lily to stay and were strong mother figures for Lily even though she wasn't a blood relative. This is the kind of love I try to give to everyone close to me. Peter specializes in taking pictures of beautiful landscapes and nature. What first drew me to his collection were the vivid colors and how he could make an ordinary piece of nature into a stunning masterpiece. For example, in one of his photographs, Peter made a small stream look like robust river with strong rapids. I never understood how nature could evoke people's emotions until I came across Peter Lik's photography. Peter's art work showed me how a simple photo can show pain, loneliness, happiness and awe. After seeing his art, I started going outside more and enjoying nature.
