  4. The team is very creative and produces quality work 
  5. Unit 8 has a big network with Hakuhodo companies

WEAKNESSES

  1. In doing multiple projects, the team has a tendency to miscommunicate.
  2. The limited time off work = low quality of work
  3. Has no standard working process (depends on which client)
  4. Unit 8 has a smaller team compared to its sister companies
  5. The increase in clients doesn’t match the number of employees

OPPORTUNITIES

  1. With the growth of the digital field, clients are looking for creative ways to connect with their consumers.
  2. Hakuhodo group of companies joins more award competitions that can help the team improve more.
  3. Unit 8 has an increase in accounts/clients

THREATS

  1. With the increase of accounts and competitions, Unit 8’s team size might get overwhelmed with the workload, and could affect the quality of work produced
  2. Many big agencies are slowly learning and adapting to the technological advancements in today’s digital age. Creating a more competitive field
