         <description><![CDATA[<div>Boiling is not a chemical reaction because the atoms do not rearrange they just change phases. Electrolysis is a chemical reaction because the H2O molecules split appart to form two&nbsp;different substances, hydrogen and oxygen. Which technically means that the atoms rearranged which is one of the definitions of a chemical reaction.</div>]]></description>
