I do like my name because I feel that it matches me. The meaning of Brandon is Prince, someone who is fierce and brave but I don't always feel fierce and brave.

The food I chose is a pupusa, a pupusa is a national dish in El salvador. A pupusa is a griddle cake of flat bread made with cornmeal or flour which contains beans and cheese. There are many different types of pupusa there is bean pupusa and cheese ones as well, but there is also mixed ones that bring both.

The second dish I choose that is from my cultural is a baleda. Baledas are a popular traditional dish in central American that originally originated from Honduras where my mom is from. A baleda is a flour tortilla folded over refried beans. A baleda can be made in many different types of ways and with many different types of food. Baledas can be paired with eggs and avocado.
