• Today, I report my duty at Muslimtravelbug Sdn. Bhd. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Rohaizan, Head of Department in Tour Department.

• I was placed in the free independent travel (FIT) section, which is a private package for inbound and outbound operations assisted by 3 employees
• I was given the task to design the MTB product which is the FIT Cambodia vacation package itinerary and study file contained in the company's Dropbox

• I was briefed on how to manage quotes and requests from clients
• Briefing on how to calculate costing & budget for private package
• Create an itinerary for a personalized package based on the client's request

• Study about Cambodia's attractions based on the itinerary that has been made

Remarks: An attractiveness assessment is made to find out whether it is worth it or not to be made into a Muslim package.

• Attended a class to use the Galileo Terminal System (GTS) to obtain flight ticket price information for customers

Remarks: Galileo software is a computer reservation system that combines multiple travel services into one location. The Travelport system enables travel solution providers to offer a variety of travel services to customers, browse and compare booking options and book trips.
