Strategic partnership contributes in increased production and marketing of agriculture commodity but farmers in LMIC countries can loose their control and right over the endogeneous crops, resulting to live in the mercy of multinational organisation in long run to access and utilisation of food. So, FDI should be allowed with increased consciousness in favour of small and medium scale farmers in the country like Nepal.
