°Signs of affection in public between a man and a woman such as holding hands are forbidden unless they are married
 °More than one wife allowed for a man (strictly forbidden for women) 
°A divorced women is "no longer a virgin" therefore they have no reason to resist men stigma
°"Sigeh" --> contract between the man and the woman were the price and duration of marriage is set in advance (no divorce because not a real marriage)
