This week we discussed that anything can become a prop if we imagine it is. For an example, the scarf shown above could be used as plate, guitar or even a river.

Tableaux are silent, motionless figures used to represent a scene, theme, or idea.

Within our tutorial, we separated into groups were we had to  create tableaux of image that may be displayed on a postcard.

Examples that were execute within our tutorial :
- Sydney Opera house
- Eiffel tower 
- Uluru 
- Colosseum 
- Leaning Tower of Pisa

I found it difficult to come up with my own story and include teacher in role. I began to really stress about this assessment.

After spending some time going through my notes from week 3 and week 5, I was able to finally created a teacher in role lesson that I was quite passionate about.

My drama plan was based around a chameleon who had run away because he was nervous of people. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the TED talk presented by Sir Ken Robinson. I took a lot away from his presentation on this importance arts and creativity has on the future.

Instead of introducing ourselves to the class, we introduced ourselves to the person sitting next to us. They then had the task of introducing us to the rest of the class. 

Introducing someone else took a lot of pressure off me and made me feel less anxious than when I have to introduce myself.

I believe that this strategy would be thoroughly effective within my future classroom.

A story board is a sequence of drawings or images, typically with some directions and dialogue, representing the shots planned for a production.

I really struggled to create a story for my storyboard, however,  attempted it the best I could. (Shown on the right) 

I did however really enjoy learning how to create one as I had never heard of them before.

I also found it beneficial revisiting my knowledge of different camera angles and have attached some images of sunflowers to signify my understanding.
