We as people know that water is wet or is it water is wet because  stay with me here. if your in the ocean and u go under water for a few seconds and come out water molecules hold on to you very very tight and that's how you see those water dots on your body and all the water droplets are all over your body. if water was not wet we as people will be mostly dry all the time. and water vapor you can feel it on you its like misty water when it rains. So in the end water is technically wet all the water molecules are hugging you and 75% of your body is wet any ways. THE END

being wet is like a feeling in a way, water is a liquid which is one of the states of matter and contains hydrogen and oxygen, also water contains heat which may make it hot or cold and also water loves to be with other property' of water which explains why when you put your hand in water some of the water sticks to you.
