Each product has its own team for marketing, sales, and other functions.</p><p><strong>Example:</strong><br>Nestlé has separate departments for Milo, Nescafé, and KitKat—each managed by its own team.</p><p><strong>Advantage:</strong><br>Focus – Each team can concentrate fully on one product, which helps improve quality and performance.</p><p><strong>Disadvantage:</strong><br>Higher cost – Because each product has its own team (e.g., its own marketing or HR), the company may spend more on staff and resources.</p>]]></description>
