Since I am Christian, I would try living as Christ did, just like we're called to do. Jesus was/is a being of love, forgiveness, and more. One way I would be able to be more kind, respectful, etc, is to be forgiving and compassionate towards those who may have done me wrong, because for my soul to be forgiven I must forgive others. Also, to love others and to respect their opinions along with their beliefs, would demonstrate respect for that person. Knowing the truth, people may get offended once they hear it, but hating someone would mean for me to not spread the Gospel and the Good News of Jesus Christ because there is so much to learn about! But in order to love others, I must learn to have self-love also. In order to respect others, I must respect myself first. An average of 13 each day." -teenhelp.com. The fact that so many deaths are being caused by juveniles, is terrifying. I don't believe juveniles should have access to firearms because in my opinion, it isn't necessary. Unless you're in a gang or are constantly in grave danger, why else would there be a need for a gun? The fact that suicide is the second leading cause of death in 15-24 year old Americans is devastating because more than ever, I believe that we have been able to process how much we've taken life for granted. It's sad to see how people have fallen into suicidal thoughts and actually gave in :(. Times get tough, and people loose strength sometimes but it is important to value our lives and know that it gets better sometime.
