         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The fifth pillar of islam is the annual pilgrimage to mecca, called the hajj.<br><br></div><div>The hajj is a trip every muslim adult must take once in there life<br><br>Bring different people togeter to celebrate religion<br><br><em>Hajj</em> literally means, “to continuously strive to reach one’s goal.” The <em>Hajj</em>, or Pilgrimage to Mecca, is a once-in-a-lifetime obligation for those who have the physical and financial ability to undertake the journey.<br><br></div><div>At the end of the hajj, the pilgrimś head is shaved and they throw stones at 3 pillars in Mina which represent devils.  Lastly, they go back to Mecca to circle the Ka´bah and then they leave.<br><br>muslims of all kinds gather together once a year to worship allah together<br><br>The hajj is a re-enactment of the rituals of the great prophets and teachers of faith<br><br></div><div>Hajj makes muslims realize the importance of life on earth, and the afterlife by getting rid of signs of social status, wealth, and pride<br><br>The hajj is a complex act of piety(a belief or point of view that is accepted with unthinking conventional reverence) and can be<br>performed only in the last month of the muslim calendar.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
