2. this and Hillsborough showed that stadium safety in grounds needed improving effectively and efficiently. Also showed that the work that goes in behind the scenes to police an event needed to improve massively and tickets needed to be checked to prevent overcrowding causing these tragedies
3. Hooliganism was it a high point and following on from this disaster, the football disorder act of 2000 was introduced in 1991
