      <description>You work at a well- being clinic as a life coach. You’ve been working with a group of teenagers for a few weeks. You have conversations with them to understand their physical and mental situations. You also try to understand their feelings. They look a bit confused about organizing their lives and find ways to stay healthy and happy. You are supposed to prepare a guide to help them. You need to talk about their feelings to show that you understand them. Then you need to give them useful suggestions about how to make their lives better. Write a guide in about 150 words, using quantifiers and phrasal verbs. You can support your guide with pictures. Read the other guides as well and vote for your top three favourites with the best suggestions by giving them stars. Three guides with the most stars will get medals.</description>

I think unhappiness is the worst pain in the world. So I will talk about some suggestions to teens to be healthy and happy. Most of teens problem is that they don't have friends. They always play video games so they can't find real friends to hangout with. They should get friends to hangout with and for their eye health.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Second problem is that teens can be very rude. I see them often but when I see them they always swear to each other or say bad things so they feel regret after that. They should be carefull about saying things. The third problem is that teens can easily get into depression when someone swears to them or say rude things. So we should be more carefull when we talk to teens. And if they say rude things to us, then we should warn them to not to say those things.</div>]]></description>

Productivity is also very important as you can get more done.<br><br>2) Take Breaks<br><br>Taking breaks when needed can also help you have a productive day. Youre allowed to rest and get stress off your shoulders.<br><br>You can do these while taking breaks:&nbsp;<br><br>1) Watch movies<br><br>2) Make a new routine<br><br>3) Cook<br><br>Though these arent all of the suggested ways to avois stress, they are beneficial and keep you going on.</div>]]></description>

It’s smiling trough the day and criying because even though you studied all night you still&nbsp;<br>got a lower grade than your parents expectations.It’s not laying around all day doing nothing and just scrolling on social media it’s deciding if it’s even worth to get out of bed.So I want you to know that it is okay to be not okay, I’m always here if you want to talk or you want to plan out something’s.Life isn’t always easy and it won’t be for a very long time but when those hard times comes always remember there is a bigger relief behind it.So here some suggestions for the teens&nbsp;<br>🤍Take a day of when you need it.<br>🤍turn of your phone and do something that will take your mind off something’s .<br>🤍Be open with people or someone.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>A GUIDE FOR TEENS</strong><br>Being a teen in the 2000 is hard, and the main reason for that is teens now days, have the one to be popular in society and they have the low to make their parents proud have the load of school, friends and the exams. Teenagers are sad and depressed. Most of the time some stuff how to be happier is firstly, they need to have a day off of homework exams in society los. You can sleep in all day. Nobody is perfect when they try so much they are perfect the way they are. Secondly, taking a break from apps like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social apps. certainly the most important steps of all taking care of yourself because we should care about our mental health more and the main reason for that is we need to make us mentally healthier mental health is really important because our life mainly depends of our health and mental health is one of the options so in conclusion teens, need to take care of themselves for their own health.<br><br><br><strong>THE END </strong></div>]]></description>

If your exam scores are bad, give a designed time to yourself and study with that plan. If your mom and dad is going too hard for you, talk this with them also tell and ask them to go hard for you. If you can't make your  homework, give designed homework complete times for you. And when you making all of don't look at Ipad or your phone. If your time on exam don't fit to you, every night read books. Start with your favorite books first because if you start with a book you dislike, you have be bored to read a book and you can't get an addition to reading books. If you have these problems read these instructionss and use these on your life to stay on the road.</div>]]></description>
