Spiritual Resistance

The Ghetto life was very tough for the thought of resistance however the thought of more of a peaceful protest of openly practice spiritual resistance was doable. Much of the knowledge was snuck into the camps like books and manuscripts. As well as teaching children Jewish teachings and basic knowledge of school.

During the time teaching many Jews were ratted or sent away from teaching. However due to many of the secrecy they were able to continue with these minor practices and inspired others to fight for the freedom of Jewish practices.

With the tacticks of the realigous practices many were able to use that to aquire weapons and supplies from other locations. Then in 1943 various Jews came together and created the group known as ZOB(Zydowska Organizacja Bojowa). They created this orginization to gather weapons secretly and plan a revolution. They gathered not just Jews but non-Jews and outside Pro-Jew Germans to help them with getting these weapons.

Once the Germans heard about this, they sent military forces to stop this and the Jews fought back with Grenades and as many weapons they got from the dead prisoners. During the same year of 1943, they fought for days to weeks. German forces were suprised by the long battle. But eventually it came to the end of Warsaw uprising. After this, it sparked a nation wide revolt which shortly after Vilna, Bialystok and many others followed.

After the news of the various news of the Ghettos revolting, various death camps started to fight too. Auschwitz, Sobibor and many other camps revolted against German guards in 1944. With this it encouraged many Jews who were hiding to come out and fight with them. With forces approaching France many french Jews came to the fight with the sign of hope from these camp revolts.

With hearing of Revolution within Jews in Germany, France began to find the spirit of Revolution once again. With this many leaders within England and former French President Charles de Gaulle went back to his people in 1942. This sparked a world wide aid against German forces.
