Assalamualaikum WBT everyone!

I hope this usrah will continue to strengthen our iman and bring us closer to Allah’s blessings in everything that we do. Personally, this session has given me a deeper reminder about the importance of practicing good adab, not only in seeking knowledge but also in our daily interactions with people around us. It has made me realize that knowledge without adab will not bring true benefit, and that every small act of kindness or sincerity can actually be a form of worship if we do it for the sake of Allah. This usrah has also motivated me to be more consistent in self-reflection, especially in improving my relationship with the Qur’an and with others, so that I can live a more balanced and meaningful life as a Muslim. For future usrah sessions, I would suggest adding more interactive elements such as group discussions, case studies, or practical activities, so that everyone can engage actively and the knowledge shared can be applied more effectively in real life. In this way, usrah will not only remain as a theoretical reminder, but also a practical platform that helps us to grow spiritually, intellectually, and socially together as a group.

شكرا~

Assalamualaikum WBT everyone!

Ḥikmah, commonly translated as wisdom, is a highly valued concept in Islam. It refers to the ability to understand the true nature of things and to act rightly based on that understanding. In Islamic teachings, ḥikmah is not limited to knowledge alone; rather, it is the combination of knowledge, correct intention (niyyah), righteous actions (amal), and sincere worship (ʿibadah)

Ḥikmah can be acquired through consistent worship performed with sincerity, humility, and devotion to Allah SWT. It helps individuals understand Islamic teachings more deeply and live their lives according to Islamic values.

Assalamualaikum WBT everyone!

In Islam, عبادة (worship) is the main purpose of human creation. Through acts of worship prescribed by Allah SWT, Muslims develop ḥikmah (wisdom), which includes spiritual awareness, moral discipline, and closeness to Allah. Each form of ʿibādah—such as الصلاة، الصوم، الزكاة and الحج —serves as a source of ḥikmah by shaping a believer’s character, strengthening taqwa, purifying the soul, and guiding behavior according to Islamic teachings.

Assalamualaikum WBT everyone!

Wishes

I sincerely hope this usrah continues to be a means for strengthening our iman and drawing us closer to Allah in every aspect of our lives. May the barakah from these sessions shape not only our understanding, but also our actions and intentions as Muslims.

Reflection

Through this usrah, I was reminded that adab is the foundation of beneficial knowledge. Knowledge without proper manners and sincerity loses its value, while even simple actions, when done for the sake of Allah, can become acts of worship. This session encouraged me to reflect more deeply on my own conduct, especially in how I interact with others and how I nurture my relationship with the Qur’an. It highlighted the importance of continuous self-improvement in order to live a balanced and meaningful Muslim life.

Improvement

For future usrah sessions, incorporating more interactive approaches such as small group discussions, real-life case studies, or practical activities could help participants engage more actively. This would allow the lessons shared to move beyond theory and be applied more effectively in daily life. With this, usrah can grow into a platform that nurtures not only spiritual growth, but also intellectual and social development within the group.

شكرا 🌱

During the session, I shared my ideas and explained the key point related to the topic “What We Gained from Being Patient”, focusing on how patience in Islam brings the help of Allah. I highlighted that patience is not merely about enduring hardship, but about placing full trust in Allah while facing trials. Through patience, a Muslim learns to rely on Allah’s wisdom, which opens the door to His guidance, strength, and inner peace. Even when help does not come immediately, patience teaches us to believe that Allah’s assistance will arrive at the right time and in the best way. 🤍

USRAH MEMBERS

Fatini Muhammad (251888)

Nur Fatin Fareena Binti Mohd Fairus (255650)

Aufa Hanin Salsabil Binti Hafiz Azami (251360)

Nurnabilah Syahirah Binti Masri (257501)

Nur iman Syuhada Binti Mohd Subki (259326)
