Unfamiliar: elective meaning for elective is, chosen by election, as an offical. Mandibulofacial is a something in medicine.
Dysostosis is is medicine.
Chromosome, autosomal, hemifacial, microsomia.

Funny: little tushes, Mr. Tushman and Mrs. Butt.

Difficult: mandibulofacial is difficult because of how long it is.
Chromosome is difficult because it is so long.
The same with dysostosis and autosomal.
