The influential individuals and groups in my community is hard heads cause the teens in our community are always having sex without thinking about their future but hey it's their life sooo can't say much. The reason why it is the pregnant teen herself is because in our day in age, most teens are very rebellious and don't want to listen to anyone who tells them to do something. They also could argue and say that, its their body and they can do whatever they want to with it.
