Another key partner in this project is the supplier of both fruit and bracelets. For fruits, we found retailer at the market who sell relatively cheap, yet fresh fruits. On the other hand, we found online retailer from a famous e-commerce platform, TaoBao, to buy the stock of bracelet. Moreover, we also have plastic cup supplier.

On the other hand, there aren't any customer who ordered the fruit online. Thus, we promote and sell our fresh cup of mixed fruit at our faculty area. Fortunately, our hard work pays off and we reached some sales of the fruit.

Our second key activities is communicate with our customers. Whenever there are people who come to us physically and through social media, we approach and welcome them politely. We also did answer their questions carefully and communicate well with them, for example, choice and quantity of bracelets ordered, total price and meet up place.

Moreover, another key resources is good promoter and interaction with the customers. We use Instagram and Facebook as our main channels to promote our items online and communicate with them. We can reach them easily through these online social media, and we can send pictures, videos and messages of our products to them. Not only that, we also use online editing tools like Canva to make and edit our poster of our products.

Not only that our bracelets are cheap, they have unique and aesthetic design too. The simple and clean design of the bracelets are able to attract the customer.

Aside from the bracelets, we sell fruits that are healthy. In the cup of mixed fruits that we sell, there are watermelon, seedless green and black grapes in it, which are very healthy to us. In UNIMAS, there aren't many food vendor who sell fruits. Thus, we believe that we can attract a lot of customer from the student of UNIMAS.

Not only that, we also care about the customer's feedback on our products and services. We follow up with them after they received the items, and offer them a full refund if the items are not in their best condition. Also, we didn't forgot to thanks them after buying from us, to build a long term, and lasting relationship with the customers.

Not only on Instagram, we also promote our business on Facebook. Similar to Instagram, Facebook also has user-friendly interface. User can navigate to our page and posts easily.

For fruit, our customer segment is customer who like to have a healthy lifestyle by eating fruits.

The cost of buying containers for the fruit is relatively low, since the cup that we use is made in plastic. For the fruit, we also buy from cheap stall at the market that sell fruit, as our fruit retail partner. As for the bracelets, we found them on a e-commerce platform call "TaoBao".
