         <title>I want to increase the amount of pull-ups I can do, being more than 10. Starting on March 1st, I will use SMART goal resources for pull ups and arm strengthening exercises. Motivation can prevent me from this goal but with self encouragement and a training partner, I will overcome that obstacle. With training and practice this goal is possible. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to improve my flexibility through yoga &amp; stretching. There are some good YouTube channels that provide yoga &amp; stretching routines. I will complete a 10 min stretching routine and a 20 min yoga routine. I'll repeat this for 3 days each week (probably Fridays, Saturdays, &amp; Sundays). I might have to borrow a yoga mat from a sibling or buy one myself. I also have enough space in my room to comfortably practice. I hope to achieve this goal by June 1st!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Fitness Goal: <br>My fitness goal is to increase my activity minutes.Now do a maximum of 30 minutes of exercise each day. So I will add 5 minutes each week to my activity minutes. For instance, this week I am doing 30 minutes each day this week. Next week I will try to bump my activity minutes to 35-40 minutes each day. I will check my journal to see how many minutes did I exercised for each week. If my activity minutes increase every week then progress is happening. And if my activity minutes decrease or stay the same then my progress is not happening. Yes, this goal is an action I can take because even if I increase my activity minutes it will be up to  60 to 90 minutes and I will take breaks in between. Muscle pain, enough time, in the beginning, will prevent me from achieving my goal. I will divide my time between my activity minutes and the exercise I do. Like 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon or 30 minutes, Tabata and 30 minutes walk.This goal is realistic for me to achieve and this doable in the next few months. because I will do this with my friends or family to keep myself going and have some music on. 4-5 days a week and will and I will divide the time throughout the day(morning, afternoon, evening, or night) and I will take as much break as necessary because if I do too much exercise at one time it will create pressure on my body. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Personal Goal: <br>My personal goal is to increase protein in my diet and decrease sugar and carbs on my diet.<br>I will measure the number of food calories and how much protein, sugar, carbs does it have. I will also limit the amount of added sugar in my food. Eat more food that has more protein. I will also use apps like my fitness pal to count the number of calories I have received each day. I will also use apps like my fitness pal to count the number of calories I have received each day. The amount of protein does each food has and carbs and sugar.<br>This goal is an action that I can take some specific actions that I will take is in my meal I will more add egg, chicken, fish, food that contains protein and limit the amount of rice, bread, chocolate food that contains carbs and added sugar. My love for sweets will prevent me from achieving my goal but I will ask my parents not to get chocolates, ice cream, or make any dessert or maybe get it some time like once in a month.This goal is realistic for me to achieve and this doable in the next few months because I am not doing it by myself. My family and I are doing it together so I will have a lot of family support to achieve my goal. I will make a schedule for my mealtime and see how much food I ate and the number of calories does each meal has. For example, I will have my breakfast between 8-8:30 in the morning and I will have oatmeal with fruits and sometimes egg. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

For exercise I was able to maintain my goal from before but would still like to loose more. I started to weigh myself every week to see my process. With this I can see if I was able to meet my weekly goal or, if I should work harder. Like mentioned I will keep on doing my goal from before keeping in mind that if I want to reach my goal I will have to force myself. Yes it is achievable and I have achieved it but will like to go further. By june 1st I will achieve this goal. I plan to do this everyday for the next few months. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My personal goal would be to stop procrastinating so much and be able to complete missing assignment on time making sure they fill every ES category or at least hand it in on time is my biggest problem. I will know when my goal is achieved when I see that I am able to concentrate on my tasks without someone having to tell me to get it done and leaving everything to last minute. I plan to do this activity everyday and use a planner to help me along the way. It is an action i can take. I just have to keep myself on track and make sure i dont fall behind on anything . Maybe youtube or places to stream shows might take my concentration away but i found a way to keep me away from those things. It is realistic and it can be achieved . Some concrete steps I can take to achieve this goal are: setting an alarm an hour before my bedtime so I can prepare. I can also take melatonin. I can stop doing work by 10:00pm and go to sleep by 11:00pm. Some obstacles that are preventing me from achieving this goal are caffeine, electronics, and homework. Some specific actions I can take to overcome these obstacles are lowering my caffeine intake and shutting off electronics 2 hours before I go to sleep.
