For the first day, i attend some meeting with other internship students from different university, then we meet with our Human Resources (HR) leader called by name Mr.Azmin, he give us some advice and encourage us to collect more  experience and we start punch card . After that, we will assign to our department, meanwhile me be trainee under Corporate and Public Relations Department, for the first time, my supervisor Madam Sha introduce me to 2 expert sister called by name Sis Zara and Sis Zuruyati. I taught a few things like making receipts, renewing business licenses, paying gate taxes and many more.

After launch hour, i start first interaction with customer who wants to renew their licenses.  Although i make many mistake but my sisters here teach me with full of patients. For a whole day i been taught many thing but, it was greet, although it bit complicated to deal with customers. At the end of my first day, i need to get into lift 6th floor to punch card at 5.00pm

I stared punch card at 7:55 am and and continue to get used to the workplace .Today i meet a final day of student internship called by name Sha (don't know what full name) she taught me everything that she could since it a last day. start me routine which is, Assessment Rates, make health verification card, issue dog care license, make food card. She taught me while serving customers. Although she get serious only for half day, but she kind.

After have a meal i start working, deal with customers behavior needed fully high patience, i made a mistake of course, but i am still learning and accepting in every work scope that i need to know. For a whole day i been taught many thing but, it was greet, although it bit complicated to deal with customers. I turn off the PC and aircond, to gather (things) together and place them where them belongings.

After have a long rest, i doing many food card and today i have to do some barber cards and beauty treatment cards, it was same procedure but a bit different but i'll manage. In meantime, we got some hot temper customers and have some argue with him, but luckily Kak Zu and licensing team deal and doing well with this old man hot temper customers. Its was my first watch and learn for this situation and how to deliver with this kind customers. After that, as usual i store things and items and shout down the PC and printer

In the end day of this week i attend an occasion and ceremony of Award Ceremony for Outstanding Service and Aspiration of Temerloh Municipal Council Citizens 2022 "Majlis anugerah Perkhimatan Cemerlang Dan Aspresiasi Warga Majlis Pembandaran Temerloh 2022" at Dewan Tun Razak. Inaugurated by Yb.Dr,Hj Ismail Bin Haji Mohd Said. he congratulated the employees who received excellent awards while serving and took care to donate dates by the month of fasting

It was very fun to knowing and interaction with other staff from different department and internship from others university and course. After having some breakfast around 10:15am, i rushed back to the office and immediately carried out duties at the centralized counter because Kak Zana was doing the job alone at the counter, with a sense of responsibility I went back immediately and helped him . As usual, make food cards, print assessment taxes and make receipts for health cards. After the ceremony perform tasks as usual.

I do come to work as usual, but i gets symptoms (sore throat) of covid 19, I get to go up to level 7 to meet Kak Cha (my supervisor) then she said that I need to go home because I have symptoms. Then, quickly returned home for the test and the result is positive, so i need to quarantine for 5 days because i have got a booster. But unlucky as soon as i register on my My Sejahtera application, i need to quarantine for 6 days which is from 5 April 2022 until 11 April 2022.

Today was the first day working in fasting month, it was very hectic but controlled nicely. We also was told that in this fasting month all the staff can go back early which is 4:30pm. As usually in earlier morning i setting all the stuff and equipment. I also stamp in the new receipt, arrange the receipt follow by current date. About 2 minute suddenly our systems shut down and nothing we can do it. Many customers are waiting for make food cards, print assessment tax licenses,and buy a health card that pokes typhoid. It was full of surprise day, but luckily i can manage it.

An additionally, today have an Audit Star Rating that means, all department needed to show their documents and the auditors will check and give us a star ranting based on the performance. So as a internship student i just stay still at the counter. Its take about 2 hours and half to finish it all. Hello, today is so my usual day because at the morning i always setup all the equipment and stuff with an extra works which is I helped a colleague to stamp the health certification card (MPT emblem) that was bought and used by customers to poke the typhoid. Little quick explanation in Temerloh, those who work in food and beverage sectors need to make a food handling card-food and in order to make it, require 3 things which is a passport size photo, food course certificate and this health verification card. So in today dairy I always mention the same things because in this is my required job that i had to do.

Actually from beginning me and my college mate need to do some rotation because of workplace vacancies so the best way to balance our duties is rotation. In earlier morning everyone have a meeting and meanwhile me as a internship students just stay still in office and waiting for instructions to doing some assignments. So my first task is to make a fail report correspondence and i have to cop and stapler it about 17 copies the letters is about "Temerloh Municipal Council Strategic Plan Report 2021". After that i need to pass this letters floor by floor assisted by Abang Fab in other words to be a dispatch. This is because because he wants to retire April 29, 2022 so he gives guidance on all the things to do during his service. Thus, it is something new that i learn which is get to know important people from each floor and department.

After that I give  practice myself as much as I can to deliver a good services to customers.  Later, I saw that the inquiry counter is unattended and customers being clueless then, I took the opportunity to become be a temporary guard and sit at the inquiry counter to help answer all the customer questions. Then, suddenly I got notification from PA YDP (Kak Wana) to bought another gift to YDP. With my full respect I followed the order. As soon I arrive at counter I straight doing my duties.

After doing some observation, I realize that only Monday and Friday have many customers other than that it just a few. I set up all the stuff and equipment as usual mostly in morning hours. I also stamp the new receipt and rearrange it according to the current date. Thus, there have many customers and clients are waiting to produce food cards, print tax assessments, and purchase a typhoid health card. It was a day full of surprises, but luckily I was prepared. Then, i was assigned to correct the formal complaint letter and sent it directly to level 6 which is the procurement and store division. After take a while, suddenly i get another assignment which is being a dispatch to send the latter to all department. That's all my task for today.

Hello, so today as usual I setup all the equipment that using, then suddenly my first customers is about want to make an food license card for her employees and unfortunately two of them does not have food course certificate and I have to reject it and make a 4 balance silence. We also run stock off sticker for food license card, so we had to order it and it take time about 3 until 5 days to receive it. After 2 my sticker card out off stock I continue to receive some customers to print some business license and assessment rates. That's all for last this weeks.

In this morning as soon as I arrived I setup my laptop incase I have to doing some latter. Today I set up all the equipment, then as usual i help my co-worker a couple of things such as, key in the data about license, finding coding and categories about the licences. Because of lack of staff at the counter so we were a bit busy. Last but not lease, I try Kak Zu one of my coworker here  try to teach how to explain about the hawker license form, it quit difficult to learn it, but it is golden opportunity to know it.

In this week I assign back to the counter, as usual the routine was, as soon as arrive I arrange the equipment, open all the PC and printer for the workers, and serve to the customers. Today was a bit challenging because I get a bit customers who are less will order, but it is already my responsibility as a clerk at the counter to explain in more detail regarding the assessment tax.
