Tickets - Tickets need to be set at a reasonable price to allow access to the 200 people target set for the event. However the admission needs to be the main income for the event. When dividing the target by the people attending, a ticket price of £22.50 each would reach the target income for the event. However, given the nature of the event, I believe this ticket price to be too expensive for the general public. Therefore I have decided to set the price for admission at £10pp.

This cost for admission will bring a total revenue of £2000 from ticket prices.

The venue is situated in Northallerton so is slightly further south of Stockton. However it is easily accessible and offers free parking and wifi. The venue is able to accommodate up to 250 people. Cost - The venue costs £900 for the day.
