         <description><![CDATA[<div>Keywords:General Education<br><br>Summary: In this article that Ashley Wallis wrote, she said spoke to 2 professionals in the general education field. They explain why General Education courses are important. They said that it is important for the soft skills you may learn. It is also important because it can reshape your way of learning. General Education can also be a way to make one well versed in many disciplines.<br><br>Opinion: I agree on some of the topics as in you do learn some soft skills if you take the right courses. I do not agree that it reshapes the way of learning because if you are able to learn on things that interest you. Also<br>I do not agree on making you knowledgeable in many disciplines of the general education courses will help you with real world problems.<br><br>Credibility: This article is credible because Ashley Wallis takes 2 professors from the college and asks them questions related to the topic. This is also the Southern New Hampshire University webpage. It also includes pictures of the 2 professors she interviewed.<br><br></div>]]></description>

It also goes into detail about what goes into general education categories. They also offer tips on how to be successful in the studies of general education.  <br>Opininon: I do agree with some of the bullet points for this article like how some people do not know what they want to do before coming to college. I also liked that they did at the end explain how if you know if a class is worth it.<br>Credibility: This site I feel like is very opinion based. There are no sources. While it is a .net site it isn't a secured site.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Keywords: Value, Answer to GE<br>Summary:In this article the Vice President of the ASCCC goes into great details to explain the necessity of GE. She gives specific examples on how it effects Personal and Social Responsibility, Civic knowledge and engagement- local and global,<br>Intercultural knowledge and competence, etc. She also gives some practices to do to see why it is important.<br>Opinion:She does have some valid points. I did like how she included some practice thinking making me self reflect. This article was very informative. It did make me wonder why some of the things done here could not be done in school.<br><br>Credibility:This article is very credible because she has some resources in there and Beth Smith is the Vice President of this community college.</div>]]></description>
