         <description><![CDATA[<div> <strong>Fiestas del Pilar</strong> are an annual festival that celebrates   in honor of the patron saint of the city, the Virgen del Pilar.  <br><br>Another celebration that they celebrate in Aragon is <strong> Pyrenean Folk Festival </strong> Every two years, the town of Jaca, in northern Aragon,  plays host to this multicultural festival which transforms the city into a microcosm of a global village.</div>]]></description>
