Lots of paperwork (red tape) all the things that have to be done but no one seems to read 

Recruitment - office based and admin role to work with the team - doing all the nitty gritty tasks put on each worker - required to use and fill out complex data sets and systems 
Need to better support the staff doing the work and for collaborative approaches (shared role)

Weening off period - support transition at real time with real connections
