The rules and regulations of the mental hospitals in the current year of 2023 are as follows: Safety and security of the patients, privacy of the patients, and the need to report any death or injury of anyone in the hospital Mental hospitals are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for people who are experiencing acute mental health crises or who require more intensive treatment than can be provided in an outpatient setting. Some people may require hospitalization for a short period of time to stabilize their symptoms, while others may require longer-term care and support. Patients have rights in the hospital. Patients in mental hospitals have certain rights, such as the right to be treated with dignity and respect, the right to confidentiality, and the right to participate in treatment decisions. Safety is also a big thing for mental hospitals, as they must provide a safe environment for patients, including appropriate security measures and procedures to prevent self-harm and harm to others. Mental hospitals must maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient. Mental hospitals must have a quality improvement program in place to monitor and improve the quality of care provided to patients. The mental hospital has to report death and other things, and their policy for that is as follows: "In addition to reporting requirements contained in this section, facilities must report the death of any resident to the CMS regional office no later than the close of business the next business day after the resident's death."

White tails across North America face predation from animals as small as bobcats and coyotes, to as large as bears and mountain lions. Deer are easily spooked and are known for their keen senses and their speed. White tails are very aware of their surroundings and can detect even the slightest movement or sound. What many hunters don’t realize is that their own presence is a form of predation. This is called human predation. When scouting, or maybe checking cameras and feeders, spooking up deer runs hunters the risk of running them out of the area. Another way hunters can act as predators is overhunting an area. Population decreases brought on by overhunting may have profound ecological repercussions. For instance, if too many deer are killed in one area, the ecosystem's balance of predator and prey species may be thrown off. Not only does this pose an issue for the ecosystem, now the hunter has no deer to hunt. In a study by the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, they concluded that “humans have replaced the actual natural predators of deer.” With the incredible sense of smell that deer have, they can pick up on human scent from miles out. Utilizing scent-controlling treatments is one technique to prevent the likelihood of  spooking deer. Products like soaps, shampoos, deodorants, and sprays can help cover up human scent and make it harder for deer to detect the hunter. Choosing the correct clothing while hunting is a key aspect of not being detected as well. Typically, hunters will wear camouflage clothing that match their surroundings. Students not wanting to seek help when it comes to mental health, is an issue in many areas including high income countries. According to the International Journal of Methods in Psychiatric Research, one in four students struggling with mental health actually receive any help. College students alone are known to suffer with different types of mental disorders at once. It’s proven that college students regularly suffer with a “12-month mental disorder” meaning past twelve months, like depression, anxiety and such (Ebert 1). However we see that college students are more likely to be prone to poor coping issues like alcohol and or substance abuse. Many students believe that their issues
aren’t important enough to take seriously.

The deadly disease impacts the lives of millions across the world and is one of the major diseases to still remain without treatment or a cure. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) describes Alzheimer’s Disease to be the most common type of dementia, and a progressive disease that first begins with mild memory loss and could eventually lead to the inability to have a conversation and respond to the environment. The disease creates an extreme difficulty within someone’s life due to its ability to limit one’s capabilities and thinking. The disease is most commonly known to impact those who are over the age of 60, and according to the CDC, the number of people living with the disease doubles every 5 years beyond the age of 65, and the number of diagnosed cases is project to triple to 14 million people by 2060. There have been many efforts in finding a treatment for this disease, and even after countless experiments and trials, the disease still proves to be too complex for a sustainable treatment to be created.

schema,” our minds interpret it as cute. Baby schema refers to something with “baby-like” features, such as big, wide-set eyes, chubby cheeks, and fat rolls on arms and legs. When humans find something adorable, it releases a strong, positive emotional response by activating the
brain’s reward system. The reward then motivates us to protect it. Half of the adult population has experienced the feeling of cuteness aggression. Those who have experienced it get overwhelming rewards and emotion-related brain activity in response to cute things. This
suggests that cute aggression prevents becoming overwhelmed with these strong, positive emotions by balancing them with negative expressions. “Overall, cute aggression is deemed to dilute these strong emotions to aid in being a good caretaker.” It is a natural response, almost like an animal instinct we must protect children or animals.
