         <description><![CDATA[<div>French and Indian War<br><br>War between Britain and France (with their Native American allies) which began as a land dispute over the Ohio River Valley.  British began losing the war however, once William Pitt took over the management of the war from London, sending more troops to America, the British won.  However, the huge cost of the war left Britain in serious debt.<br><br></div>]]></description>
