Theater is my favorite. It is a microwave for confidence for kids and builds relationships so quickly both with the teacher and peers. I have found nothing more powerful. (That's why I want to be a theater teacher.)

The arts make me feel empowered and give me a chance to tap into my creative side. I especially love visual arts and that's what I teach. I love being an art teacher!

All of the ARTS make me feel intrigued at the beauty and talent. I appreciate the individuals that create ART and love that they share it with others. It makes me feel many emotions, especially music and theatre. I get filled with emotion and cry easily from it! Even piaintings!

Dance and music make me feel energized. I use music and dance to get my kids pumped up when we have to do chores. Theater and media arts I find relaxing. Visual art is not my strongest, but I do it to connect with my daughter who is a budding little artist

I love Music, it gets the mood going for me. That mood can be upbeat or even calming, I have zero musical ability (I've tried numerous times over the years), but I enjoy listening and others playing.

Music is almost a religion for me. It helps me focus, energizes me, inspires me, fills me with peace, happiness, hope and empathy. I listen to most genres, depending on my mood or activity.

Drawing, painting, and crafting are a huge part of my life. They provide my a space for intense focus -- better on innanimate objects than rampant racing thoughts in my brain. These hands-on art pasttimes proivide me with the outlet of expression that I need to be healthy and happy.

Art is a core of self expression and societal communication. Any time there is an issue about society or the culture as a whole, art is used as a medium to spread the message. Mediums like theater, music and dance tell a story, showing the audience events or scenarios that express the artists intentions and message. Visual art and media art combines these concepts into a visual medium that can be digested and interpreted. It is super important for students to form a relationship with art and to find the art style that they enjoy and can express themselves in.

I absolutely love music. I've played instruments throughout my whole life (piano, trumpet, guitar) and love listening to and seeing live music performances. I would feel very comfortable teaching music to share my passion for creativity, expression, and the joy of making music with others.

Art inspires me, makes me creative, and brings me joy. Each year, I recycle old trophies and craft new ones using plenty of gold paint and

hot glue for my ski race athletes. Also, I hand-paint watercolor Christmas cards annually. I have a passion for music and am a member of a marimba band. I own a marimba and intend to bring it into the classroom this year.

I've always been drawn to music and dancing, but I believe there's a time and place for both. Since music can have such a profound effect, integrating it into the public education system is a significant decision. Nowadays, many people are interested in media arts, with most having social media accounts where they manage posts, photography, and related activities. Personally, I've never been interested in theater, but I do enjoy visual arts because of the variety of art forms it offers.
