This relates to the conversation we had about how women are underestimated in the work place, the fact that despite our knowledge we are not always taken 100% seriously and there are doubts on whether or not we’ll be able to “handle” an assignment. We discussed last week that women’s possibly maternity leave could affect them getting a job  because the employer doesn’t want to have to find someone to cover their absence. This relates to Judy because she was just a “dumb bunny” she wasn’t given a legitimate case to tackle or assignment to assist/lead on.
