【Ingredients】

◎for sushi rice

Cooked rice 700ｇ

Vinegar 50cc

Sugar 1Tbs

Salt 1/2tbs

◎other ingredients

Nori seaweed

Filling(cucumber, crab stick, sausage etc.)

☆Make sushi rice
①Mix vinegar, sugar and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
②Mix ① with cooked rice. Let sushi rice cool down to room temperature.
☆How to roll sushi
①Cut the nori seaweed into halves.
②Spread nori on the bamboo rolling mat, then spread sushi rice over it.
③Place filling in the center.
④Roll the front end of the bamboo mat to other end.

Temarizushi (ball shape sushi)

【Ingredients】

Sushi rice

Smoked salmon

Beef carpaccio
☆How to make Temarizushi
①Lay a piece of sliced smoked salmon (beef carpaccio) on saran wrap and place sushi rice over it.
②Gather saran wrap. Twist and make it into a ball shape (pingpong ball size).

For Dough

* 1 cup lukewarm water

* ½ tsp sugar

* 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (one package active dry yeast)

* 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, more for dusting

* 1 tsp salt

* 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

For Za'atar Topping

* 7 to 8 tbsp quality Za'atar spice

* ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
