         <description><![CDATA[<div>Non-formal education has an important role in my professional life now, because I've started giving much more attention to activities outside the classroom. I've noticed that pupils aquire a lot of knowledge when we organise community activities and they are actively involved in them. It is very important to allow them to handle in new environments together with their collegues by using the information given in class in an actually formal environment. Non-formal activities are great for reinforcement.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The PLN consists of relationships between individuals where the goal is enhancement of mutual learning. The currency of the PLN is learning in the form of feedback, insights, documentation, new contacts, or new business opportunities. It is based on reciprocity and a level of trust that each party is actively seeking value-added information for the other.<br>I have a personal learning network. <br>I collect, communicate, collaborate and create with connected colleagues. I make requests and share resources. Therefore the PLN is very important for my teaching career.</div>]]></description>

There were a lot of oportunities and courses I missed because of the period in the day they took place.
